The staff was friendly and the made a custom pizza just how I wanted.
The staff member who made my pizza, informed me the I put too many toppings on my custom order. But he said it's not a big deal and let me have it anyway.
They even made a cheeseburger pizza off of the secret menu for mešš
The employees here have great, polite personalities. One in particular was so pleasurable, offering me the extra service of following me to the table with my toddlerās plate. She offered this more than one time. I think she truly understands kindness! Also, she has great showmanship, announcing which pizzas are ready and when. The girl bussing and running the cash register was so polite as to always be the last to respond, and genuinely did not seem bothered by grunt work off clearing plates which is great work ethic! Iāve done it, so I know when I see someone going about it with the right attitude . PLEASE change your system and allow us to compensate them by adding a tip line. Most people donāt carry cash during this pandemic. Everyone working the night of Wednesday, 10/28, are special! The pizza was good especially when hot, but the service was priceless.
Went on a Monday at 7pm. Is it the most amazing pizza in the world, no, is it worth the 5.99 all you can eat, yes. All of these negative reviews fall short to pay mind to the cost. Must say I had quite a great experience from walk in, to walk out. The manager continuously announced the new pizzas on the line, spoke with customers and engaged them as they got pizza. Buffet was full from end to end, truly couldn't complain for 2 adult buffets, two drinks totaling out at $16.17
Took my family here today and was very pleased with the friendly staff. I was promptly greeted at the door! The manager (Daniel) was very attentive and shown genuine concern for our satisfaction. The pizza is a hit or miss, all depends on who is cooking that day but it's not a gourmet restaurant. I will still come here simply because the atmosphere is so welcome. You can't beat that!!
You cannot beat the price of there buffet $6.99 + drink. Pizza, pasta, and salad are great. If you ask for a special made pizza they make it just as you tell them to no extra charge, and they make it perfect. I high recommended this Cicis!!!
Good Pizza, fresh and hot. Front desk person was very friendly. Only thing I think should happen is that young children should be served by their parents. They have no understanding of the sneeze guard etc...
Super impressed with her experience today at CiCis in Norfolk. We had a large group for a kids birthday party and the manager introduced himself and welcomed us. I asked to have some tables cleaned and a very nice gentleman came over and did such a thorough job of cleaning, like really really cleaned them, which I really appreciate considering the virus issue right now. Then he told me to please let him know if thereās anything else he could do for us. Awesome customer service!
I came into this Ciciās on Dec 2nd, 2020. When I walked in everything was clean and was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager and the rest of the staff in the kitchen. They were very nice and happy to help with whatever I needed. They made me my favorite pizza (macaroni and cheese pizza š¤¤) and let me know when it was hot and ready! I didnāt catch the managers name but he was super sweet and very nice! He came and checked on me at my table to make sure everything was okay. When I went to leave Ioffered to give him $10 for the remaining pieces of Mac and cheese pizza to take home and he told me not to worry about it and let me have them since I accidentally left at closing time. If youāre in Virginia Beach and looking for a wonderful atmosphere to have lunch or dinner I 100% recommend this place!
Blown away by the service this morning. Frequently stop by this location and staff is very friendly. Came by today shortly after opening and was asked what my favorite pizza was, it was immediately made for the buffet and they even brought a few slices to my table. They also have a cheesecake brownie dessert out for the holidays thats delicious. Don't think you can get a better lunch for $5.
Now don't get me wrong, Cici's still isn't gourmet pizza and there are some things I'd change. However, the care of the staff and the attempts to please an entire array of a diverse crowd was exceptional. The manager did great tonight as well as the busboy trying to keep up. I was impressed with their care and customer service.
Pizza appears to be fresh. They have all varieties of pizzas out. Salad bar is well stocked. Overall cleanliness is good. Restroom was clean and stocked with supplies. All staff are friendly and helpful. Manager periodically walks around checking on customers and bussing tables.
I just ate there 5-545. Actively cleaning two people and bus tables it was very clean considering the place was half full. Pumping out pizzas faster than the heard could feast on the trough. Active manager every family of 4-12 i had seen manager chimed to the two cooks 12 pep. 6 chz etc buffet trough never ran out and fully cooked. Definetly return!
