I have been patronizing Kin's Wok for many years. They are always very quick to answer the phone and take your order. They take the time to always repeat your order back to be sure that it is correct and will not hesitate to make any sort of substitutions or special requests. Their food is very well prepared, never undercooked and only once did I experience beef teriyaki being slightly overcooked. They are generous with their distribution of condiments and will certainly provide extras as long as you ask. Their prices are very reasonable and their menu is quite complete. They have lunch and dinner specials as well as daily specials. They offer catering services and do have discounts available by way of coupons that are attached to their menu, so be sure to ask for a menu when they deliver your food. This way the next time you order, you will be able to take advantage of those coupons! And who doesn't love a coupon? LOL. Their delivery service is excellent. If they tell you 30 minutes, they will be there in 30 minutes and sometimes a little less! I have never had to wait very long for them to deliver. I think the longest I've waited was maybe 45 minutes. They are very friendly and very accommodating and have very good recipes for their dishes. The only reason I gave four stars, which if I had a way to do it I would have given four and a half Stars, is because their bourbon chicken comes with onions, and is not quite the same recipe as what I am used to for bourbon chicken. Not to say that it does not taste good, oh no, it tastes very good! But it's just not the recipe that I prefer. So if that is a reason to deduct a half a star from a 5-star rating, well, then so be it.
Give Kin's Wok a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. Now, if you will excuse me, I'm hungry and I think I need to make a call to Kin's Wok for some General Tso's chicken!
Our orders are fast, accurate, and delicious. My only qualm with this place is that there is *always* a little girl — literally she is in elementary school — running the register. She's there when I pick up an order and she's there when I call in a delivery. She does She's adorable, polite, well-spoken, adept at cash and credit card handling, and consistently unsupervised. BUT if you need a modification to a dish, please be advised she may need to put you on hold and ask an adult.
They are really nice always give me a free soda, food is awesome!! The only place I can find Chow Fun in Virginia Beach.
Excellent customer service. My fries and lo mein was over cooked and they re made my order and delivered it back to my house in the snow. Great service and great food
Good food. I mean you know American Chinese food is meh so yeah kinda like rating McDonald's. But no complaints here just standard American Chinese food place.

Glad it’s closed Don’t reopen my daughter complained and asked for a refund they called the police. They ended up just giving her a partial refund.
