11/4/23 We went their as a marching band, and they pushed through everyone, so I love them. I know they probably felt like walking out, but their quality stood the entire time.
They usually get our orders spot on at this location! Convenient, tasty, and fresh. Definitely recommend if you're looking for quick Mexican inspired food.
I drive out of my way to come here and 90% of the time they are in stock and everything is perfect! So I’m happy. While the Kemps River location is near my house, I make the drive to this one as that location will hand you the online order and not say a word to you that they are out of literally half of what you ordered-only to discover it when you get home. On top of that, the workers there always have headphones in their ears and are rude enough to make you think you were on a prank tv show. At least they don’t hand out half empty meals here and the workers at this location have always been friendly. It makes the extra 20 mins round trip worth it.

Whoever was working at this location on 12/8/22 around 11:30 AM, they deserve a raise or holiday bonus. Chipotle tasted for the first time, in a long time how it should taste. It reminded me of the Chipotle taste from 2008 - Fire. Seasoned to perfection.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The only issue was the wait time. There was only myself and one other gentleman there, but the obviously short-staffed team was prioritizing online/call-in orders and Door Dash orders over the two customers that were standing right in front of them. If this is a corporate directive to do this, I would change it. I almost left because of how long I waited in a nearly empty store while orders were being fulfilled for customers/Dashers who were not even there yet.
