It took a little while before a waitress came to our table. Thankfully, the bartender herself waited us.
The place was impeccably clean, although a little dark.
After the initial wait, everything else went well. Only 12 minutes wait time for appetizers (crab dip which was good). And 24 minutes for entree (large pizza).
The pizza was pretty good. But admittedly I expected better considering the over-the-top Italian theme. But it's better than most of the beach front pizza.
Soooooooo, if you're a tourist and at the beach, check it out, it's pretty good. If you're a local....... Stick with Sal's or Ynot.
Beth went over and Beyond tonight and we 100% enjoyed our dinner at Gusto Italian Kitchen. I want people to know that Gusto has the best pizza in Virginia Beach. Believe me I wish I discovered it first before going to 2 other pizza restaurants that I hated! Gusto taste like the New York Pizza I usually get in NY! I love to fold a slice over in half and enjoy it without it flopping over!
We come to VB often and I will never go anywhere else for pizza!! We also loved the Cheesecake. It was the best I've ever had!

Good pizza; crust crunchy and delicious, ingredients fresh. Service ok in general but our server Tshanda was excellent! We were in the bar section.
We had a good experience when we visited Gusto. They are in the same location that Y'Not used to be in. It is a little more formal than Y'not and they do not offer things like Pizza By The Slice. They have a diverse menu with a lot of great options. The food and service was pretty good.
This place is so wonderful! The waitress so sweet and ver helpful. I am vegan and I was scared to come eat here, but the server asked the kitchen if they could make the eggplant parmesan vegan friendly and they accommodated me. The dish was superb! I will definitely try to recreate it at home. Great spot for families and fast, friendly service!
Imagine an Italian Restaurant that is out of pizza! Fortunately we didn't want pizza so we stayed. The food took FOREVER to arrive. (Lack of staff in the kitchen) When it did though it was fantastic! The mgr was apologetic and took 20% off the bill. I would go back.
New management for 2019, and a great gluten free pizza!
Awesome. Great food. Great service. Great location. And did I mention; the food is GREAT! Hearty portions and SO delicious! The outdoor seating is covered so the weather isnt an issue. It's my go-to whenever I stay in VA Beach!
We had a party of 9. Thought we were going to wait forever, we didn't. The owner did a great job of getting us to a table as quickly as possible. We all loved our meals (chicken parm, penne alla vodka, chicken alfredo, ceasar salad), they were huge portions. Our server (Elena) was so sweet and attentive. This will absolutely become our new favorite place.
OMG! Mikey the bartender is awesome! Amazing pizza and pasta! The steaks melt in your mouth! So much fun! And you can sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful weather!!! A MUST if you are in Virginia Beach!!!
The service was awesome! The pizza was fresh and tasty. We didn't really love the pasta, but the place is recommended. It was good in general.
