Been going here for 2 years now and it's fond memories of me and my wife. She's deployed now so it's nice to go back and grab a snowball. Just to Reminisce. She loves them and so does our dog lol. Great family place, affordable and staff is always awesome! Love you guys! �
We went there for the first time yesterday. The two guys working were super nice and very knowledgeable about each flavor. I had some questions on what the difference between birthday cake and wedding cake are and the difference between pink and blue bubble gum. They told me which is sweeter/ taste better etc. idk they were just really nice and helpful.
I absolutely love the new Snoball shop! It's the perfect spot to take the kids for a nice treat. The customer service is superb, the snowballs are delicious and it's so fun mixing and matching the different flavors. Convenient and clean!

Having a child with a restricted diet, its so difficult to find a fun place to take him for a nice treat. This was the answer to prayer. Love this place.
Pelican's Snoballs is awesome, has Awesome flavors, outstanding customer service skills, and get it out to you in a neat and quick manner, would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!! I'm addicted!!! :-)
Always friendly and fast for us, love the flavors and none of that couple squirts stuff like other places, you taste the sno ball flavors from start to finish!
We used to live in Virginia Beach but never got a chance to try the SnoBall Shop until now. We are fans of Hawaiian shave ice, so we were curious how a SnoBall would stack up. I'm happy to say that it lived up to our expectations! The ice is very finely shaven, literally melt in your mouth with no crunchy bits at all. There are a whole lot of flavors to choose from and infinite mix possibilities, but I would highly recommend passionfruit (sometimes known as lilikoi) and honeydew with condensed milk. Their syrups hit the right spot, not overly sweet but rich in flavor. Best of all, the staff are super friendly and patient. We would love to visit again soon, especially when the summer brings heat like it has recently.

Good snowballs with soft ice and many flavors. I gave 4/5 stars because the service was a little slow and it wasn’t busy. There is outside seating which makes it nice. We will visit again—when it’s not busy.
Planned to have dessert at the latest "Instagram worthy" shake place. Plans changed and boy are we glad. For under $30 all 6 of us got a delicious treat. The kids loved all the fun choices and dad loved the red bull with coconut. The employees were all patient, friendly and hard workers. We will be back regularly this summer.
The very bestest Snowcones ever!!!! Great flavors that don’t don’t stain??? And clear flavors? Such madness!! Our family craves these snowcones. The line can get long and take forever but it is always worth it!!! We try to go when it’s not peak times. I love their reward program___ free snowcones!!!!
GOOD, BUT LONG WAIT TIME!!!! They had a lot of favors (over 100) and different combinations and add-ins! The guys running it were very nice. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors even with the wait time!😊
We went back today 6/26/22 and it was much better! They have 2 girls running it and they have a better system: 1 takes your cup size to get the ice shaved while the other one takes the flavors and the money, so everything is moving steady along and the line was kept moving.. I definitely will be coming back!
This was immaculate, the customer service was on par with the ‘96 bulls.

Hands down best sno cone we have ever had! Friendly service and overall great atmosphere. Not too sweet, some places are so sweet it makes you thirsty. Relate? This place had the perfect mix, very refreshing. We will definitely be back.

Snowball was very tasty and the ice was so soft. They have more than just snow cones they sell milkshakes and floats as well. I will be returning and the prices are affordable #Black owned business
I’ve visited here many times and have always been content with my visits but today Nyla ( hopefully I spelled it right), gave us exceptional service. She was patient and even helped us changed our number to keep getting points. She was cheerful and friendly and everyone should take a page out her book for customer service. :))

Snow cones are always fun to eat and this place does that and more. Lots of flavor options and if you don't want the snow cone, they have drinks too.
Awesome staff/owner tons and tons of flavors. We have been looking for place just like this since we moved here. If you’re in the area definitely make a regular stopping place and even if you’re not it’s still worth the drive.
We will be becoming regulars for sure!!!
