After I purchased my first package of Mavericks Organic Low Acid Coffee at the grocery store, I loved it and was dismayed to find that it was no longer on the shelf when I went to buy more. I asked about it but nobody seemed to know if it would be carried again. So I hopped on the internet and found the website. With so many varieties to choose from (the one from the grocery store was Peru), I finally settled on the Sequoia Blend to try next. It is good, but will not be my favorite because it has a slight smoky flavor to it, which I don't care for (one reason I never buy French Roast). However, I'm certain that I will find some favorites and I intend to try many of the other coffees offered. I think my next purchase will be Colombian, as I used to drink that the most. I have a lot of problems with acidic foods due to a gastric bypass. For years I have had to drink lattes in order to dilute the acidity from the coffee, using espresso to obtain enough coffee flavor. Now I can enjoy a straight cup of coffee again!! And it's organic...what can be better than that? Time to pull out my old coffeemaker. I think that Mavericks may very well indeed be "possibly the world's best coffee"!

Great coffee, I’ve even been able to get my husband to finally like coffee. This is the only place he will go to! We love the atmosphere!

The cold brew is perfectly balanced, not too thin and not too strong. I would drink it black if I wasn't addicted to sugar.

Slow coffee, brewed the right way. Great coffee takes a little time to make, and each cup is perfection.

I got a cold Vietnamese spiced coffee as their espresso machine wasn't working and hot drinks weren't available at that time. To my pleasant surprise the coffee wasn't super sweet and the taste was pretty balanced. The coffee shop could do well with a few board games (they have a decent book collection that I appreciated).
