The food I ate here was delicious! Service was friendly and my partner enjoyed his food as well. This the best Indian I've had in this area of jersey so far and he agrees. We have eaten inside and ordered takeout. I love how the food is made to order and they take their time.
The samosas and pakora were tasty. I love how they weren't overly greasy and the pakora wasn't overly spiced. They do a wonderful job of making sure my order is vegan. My partner enjoyed the "Goat Masala" and everything else. This family even goes out of their way to make us a salad which is off the menu. They offer a yummy "white sauce" to go with it. The owner and his wife are very friendly. We are used to eating Indian regularly in New York and suffice to say the places I tried in this area were...not edible. This is the only Indian we will eat in this area and is up to standards.

Our family wanted to try some genuine Indian food so we ordered Chicken Tiki Masala, Roti and Chicken Sheesh Kabab with Lassi to drink. We are not Indian, so this was a new experience for us. The food was quite spicy, but not overwhelming, and quite tasty. We really enjoyed our take out. This appears to be a family run restaurant and my only point of issue that it could be cleaner and better presented.
I am a regular customer and have bought pretty much all food items as well as catered quite a few times; nihari, biryani, kebabs and they are always made fresh and delicous. Both husband and wife are very honest and accommodating ... keep up with the great food and customer service
We try our lunch at a different place once a week. So walked in at MunSalwa, even though they were not serving at the time, but Restaurant owners accommodated us and treated us very nicely as if we were part of the family. Food was good and very reasonable. I ended up ordering some to take with me. Thanks to Shakeel and the cooks in the back. May God bless you 🙏
Food was prepared quickly. Easy inside pick up. All special requests were carried out perfectly. And most importantly food was delicious- even my picky Mom liked it. We will be back!
Updated to say visited again for a pick up order. I made a mistake in my online order (ordered a wrong item), and they were able to add the missed item in less than 15 minutes. The tandoori shrimp and tandoori chicken orders were cooked to perfection.
