This place is almost your run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurant in American - a reliable stop to get a solid amount of delicious food at a reasonable price. And they deliver on that.
But I came here and grabbed the "Habanero Molcajete" and this dish was 𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘤. You get the standard plate of beans and rice, but then they bring out this sizzling hot bowl of various meats and drop a huge chunk of queso on top. I've never seen this before. It's a bit expensive, but worth it.
Service was fast even though it was late in the day, and the restaurant has a lot of seating and cool decor.
Didn't eat, but tagged along with some friends. Our waitress was really patient with my friends, and honestly felt she did a great job despite how our behaviour was! The food looked and smelled delicious. I know my friend really liked the Shrimp Salad Taco. Only complaint would be the eight dollar queso, ordered two but had no idea they were 7.99 a piece
I'm not one for Mexican food, but I had eaten there once before and liked what I had, so when my birthday came around, this is where I chose to eat. I'm very glad I did because I found their shrimp burrito and peach margarita.
I don't remember what I had the first time, but I remember it, too, was a shrimp dish.
Both meals were excellent.
Eat here very often. Always great service and great food. I have not been disappointed here and I have probably eaten here about 50+ times (my family really enjoys Mexican) and I have tried many different things on the menu.
Excellent meal, even during the busy time we didn’t have to wait long. Restaurant was well kept and love the decor as well! Good for date night or family meals! We will be back!!!
Everything was great, service excellent, food was wonderful, l like everything and hope you guys out there visit this place the servers never complain. I asked for special sauce she made it fresh and bring back with big smile
LOVED IT❣️The whole experience was amazing❣️ From walking in for the 1st time and the feel of the "at home Veracruz, Mexico style decor" to the the wonderful people who serve your table, cook such savory food and I haven't had such a great horchata since SLC, Utah at my favorite taco truck💯 This is definitely one of my favorite Mexican restaurants and made me miss my family in Mexico...ALOT🥲

Habanero Grill one of my most favorite local traditional Mexican eateries.beautiful Family atmosphere. Exquisite large portions of many traditional dishes, awesome margaritas, and great selection of beers. Along with fine dining in an ultra clean, and beautifully decorated facility as well a very caring staff make this a must try five star rated Cantina.excellent food at reasonable prices.
