The staff was amazing! They had 7 call offs tonight and were super busy. There were only 4 people on staff and were working super hard. Props to the manager keeping as much of a level head as she could. I hope everyone working tonight gets a raise for this.

I have never ever shared a review for a fast food restaurant for anything other than absolutely terrible service.
Today was a first for me. We met the most cheerful young lady here today! She deserved a shout out so I am writing a review here and submitting one to the website on the receipt. She was short with short brown hair and super peppy in the drive through around 7-7:10am. I didn’t get her name cause I was honestly a bit taken back by it.
Kudos to her for making our day brighter.
It was cold a rainy out. So our fries came out cold and soggy. Iced coffee tasted like chocolate water.
Food was great but it didn't seem like they were very organized with the 2 drive thru windows.
When you've been to McDonalds lots of times, you know what to expect food-wise. But this one really has their act together as service goes! They've never made a mistake with me. Correct food, never overcharged, they're fast, both drive-thru lanes move the same speed, smiling faces, they're polite and always give me cream, sugar and a stirrer for my coffee when they say they will. Bravo! I wish they were all like this one.
Food at McDonald's in general has improved over the last couple years, and the Wadsworth location never disappoints!

After moving to the Akron area, I would say that is probably one of the best McD's in the area. I have made an unforgiving habit of grabbing breakfast here on the way to work and it's always been such a nice stop. Friendly staff for the morning rush, never an incorrect order, and honestly one of the best restaurant chains in the McD family because the prices at this location are actually about 25/40 cents cheaper than some of the other locations around the Akron area.
It's right across the interstate as well which makes this a super quick stop, I will say despite the location, the entrance is kinda lame having you go completely around some of the other little bit of establishments, especially when it snows.
But overall, nice place for junk food and doesn't have a rude staff or makes meal errors.
Out of all the McDonalds in the area, this one is usually accurate, the food is almost always great, and the wait times are relatively short given the, at times, amount of patrons in line.
Wow. Ever since this McDonald’s was remodeled, it had really changed in a good way. They always got my order correct and fast and the staff is very friendly. Food was hot and delicious every time and drinks didn’t taste weird. I’ve had no complaints here and it’s definitely recommended. The only reason why I’ve not rating this 5 stars is because the dining room needs to open back up. I’m sick of drive thru only
I had oatmeal, because my tummy was off from the flu. I wore a mask indoors. Oatmeal came in a cup because they didn't have bowls. That's okay. However it was instant oatmeal, too watery, and served lukewarm. Maybe they used scalding water to make it, then added tap water to cool it, so I don't see them for burning my mouth. The temperature was a little disappointing. It came with craisins and a bag of diced apples. It was acceptable but nothing to celebrate. SERVICE WAS GOOD. they brought it out to my table.
I usually stop at the Lodi location it's on the route to work. Unfortunately their Frappe machine has been broken. So I decided to stop here good choice. Very friendly fast service. If you drink Frappes you know it's kind of like roulette in what you'll get I personally like mine thicker not watery. The 2 times I've stopped here they've been right on. Thanks ladies I appreciate the awesome frappes and you for coming to work with a smile 😃
