I was in Pleasant Hill for what was probably the last time last week, and it was suggested that I go to Mona's because I was craving a good burger. I was not disappointed. It is, without reservation, the best burger I've ever had in a restaurant and a serious contender with some of the best backyard BBQ burgers I've ever had. Eating it was what I would imagine a religious salvation experience must be like. On the pricey side, but worth every penny.

One of best things... They served the kids first & within 10 minutes of ordering... delicious meal! All exactly like we ordered. Definitely will come back!
Only my second time in, but this is by far the BEST burger in the area. I like my burgers well done. This place knows how to do that without burning and drying it out. It's not the cheapest place in town, but $10 is totally worth it for the burger they put out.
YUMMY! I had a milk shake - delicious! Homemade whipped cream on top. The Medium Burger with cheese, bacon and grilled onions that M ate was AMAZING! We absolutely recommend the Sweet Potato Fries, some of the best we have ever had!
Such a great place! Friendly service ! The curly fries are so good and the Reese's shake is SO good ( I don't even like peanut butter).
A friend of mine on FB had posted about going here with replies about how good it was. So I thought we should try it. We were not disappointed. Both my husband and I had turkey burgers. I had the Diablo and he had the Hawaiian. By far the best turkey burgers we've ever had. We also shared a small order of fries which was plenty for the two of us.
Our server was very attentive and very pleasant as was the entire staff.
We will definitely go again. I hear the shakes are great too. πππ½
First time there, burger was ordered with special instructions, came out exactly as ordered. Quality was excellent, tasty burger. Fries were fresh and hot. Will definitely be back.

Split a burger, salad, some fries and onion rings, and topped it off with an IPA. Absolutely delicious :-)

Food is always solid here. I want to praise Mona's Burger's well thought-out QR menu because it increases safety during COVID and reduces the use of disposable paper. If you don't have a photo to scan the QR menu, you can always ask for a laminated menu. Clean tables. I feel comfortable dinning in here. I'll return it.
Absolutely the best burgers I had in forever to be honest. By the way, my boyfriend had the milkshake and I tried some and that tasted pretty fresh. He thinks you guys are keeping a cow and a sheep back there for fresh milk. Amazing atmosphere!! Great service from FOH! Definitely will be back but will more hungry people this time. I swear this is the best burger in the area! Tender and delicious. The staff is accommodating, attentive and sweet. How did it take me so long to discover Mona's?! Oh, and the shakes are indeed the real deal divine.

Located in a small shopping center , this small burger place is definitely worth coming to.. our burgers & fries & shakes were the happy hour orders and it was just enough.. $21.00 for everything..not to bad. I'll be coming back .. I recommend this place... (If u like my post please "like")
Really amazing quality, right down to the onion rings. Not over fried, not misshapen, not too greasy or dry. Just perfect. The salads are high quality and delicious as well, and of course the burgers are the best part! My favorite neighborhood place
