A charming spot in the heart of our hometown.  I don't believe they serve dinner anymore, but my kids love to come here for Euro-style breakfast, especially Sunday brunch for pancakes and unbelievably good eggs.  The wife has mimosas and I'm not one to shy away from them either.  Super nice family run resto.

Seems a bit overpriced for breakfast.  I think about half the price would be more in line. The food was find and the service the same. The ambiance was friendly.

Great Breakfast!. I always struggle trying to find a local breakfast place and I refuse to eat at the breakfast restaurants. Katy’s is a great breakfast find in Walnut Creek. It’s very easy to miss and looks small from the outside.

Many choices for breakfast with a large selection of Eggs Benedict to choose from. Food service is good and fast, portions are just right. I am not a big fan of cottage potatoes but whatever they do to theirs is outstanding! They are so tasty! Go, eat and enjoy!

My family and I went there for breakfast. Fast, friendly service; kids' playroom; awesome food; and champagne cocktails. These are a few of my favorite things.

Tucked in north-end of down-town Walnut Creek. This cheerful breakfast-lunch-dinner restaurant is busy, especially on weekend mornings. Breakfast is served until 3 p.m. Ten variations of egg Benedict make Katy's Kreek worth the wait, as do the Swedich pancakes and cheese blintzes, both topped with fresh seasonal berries. Katy's Kreek is certainly homey, cozy, komfy with the feel of European pub. On second thought, maby Katy's functions a lot like a Reykjavik pub. Right down to the children's playroom. Dinner menu, fresh fish, steaks, veal, lamb and pasta. Full bar and wine list. www.katyskreek.com

I've been to Katy's a few times for breakfast only. Each visit was first thing in the morning, so there hasn't been any sort of breakfast rush or even a slightly busy restaurant. The only thing I've ordered has been the blueberry pancakes with their Black Label bacon. The bacon is very good; crisp with a high meat content. The pancakes are offered with plenty of butter, syrup, and blueberries. The cake is fluffy and light, but because of the size, I seem to always leave a little pancake on the plate. It's a good breakfast if you like pancakes and bacon, can't tell you about anything else there.

One of the best breakfast eateries in Walnut Creek. Enjoy your favourite comfort foods in an eclectic, cozy atmosphere. Wide selection of waffles, pancakes, eggs, or sandwiches. Large portion sizes at fair prizes. Fast and friendly service.

Great breakfast spot! They’re huevos rancheros are incredible! So are the berry pancakes. Can’t go wrong with an omelet either! The coffee is always fresh and hot. And the servers are super nice and quite attentive.

I made a mistake and ordered an item that turned out to be breaded, and as I was trying to scrape the coating off the server asked is everything all right? I mentioned my gluten intolerance and she offered to take back the dish and bring a gluten free alternative. When she returned I was presented with a gorgeous breakfast, exactly as I imagined it and absolutely delicious! The fresh orange juice was excellent, and my partner's waffles were scrumptious. Not only is this place a great choice for breakfast or lunch, but the quality and freshness of the ingredients make it a real hit with me! Friendly efficient service, and totally worth checking out!

I visited Katy's Kreek restaurant on a Sunday. The restaurant was fun, busy and up beat. The decor is very well done. The service should set a standard on how all other restaurants should treat their customers. It was great. There was a farmers market and street fair going on in front of the restaurant. So between the street fair/farmers market, and my perfect lunch st Katy's Kreek, I would recommend this as a great way to spend a Sunday!

Food and service were great! Our server was very upbeat and friendly and accommodating to special requests. Belgian waffle with mixed berries was great and not too sweet (I didn't have the sugar, cinnamon nor whipped cream, just syrup). Joe's special and custom omelet were also very good.
