We enjoy the red velvet cake. It is delicious. I've been ordering them online to make it faster for pick up. The line moved fast as many had the same idea.
This place is our "go to" for birthday cake. It is very easy to order ahead for store pickup. We love everything we have ordered so far. We waited in line on the sidewalk to pickup our cake and the line went very fast. The staff really hustled to get everyone in and out quickly. Very nice employees at this store. Highly recommend the cake and the Walnut Creek store!
I love their cakes! I have called and ordered from other locations to have them deliver cakes to friends for their birthdays and they loved it! You just have to pay like a $20 delivery fee. If you sign up for their newsletter online they will give you a free bundtlet on your birthday.
We all know NBC has AMAZING cakes...but it wasn't until a couple weeks ago that I realized the staff was even better. Long story short, there was a funky mix-up with my online order. Not sure what happened, but my AMEX was charged but the order never went through to the store. (No fault of the store) Anyhow, regardless of the disappearing order, Mariyah & Anna made it happen. The contacted a manager, got approval to honor the invisible order & jammed out my dozen bundtinis in no time! Thanks so much!!!

I ordered mini bundt cakes for my bday, let’s say I had variety and that I ate most of them and blamed it on others. Overall, it was a huge success that my bf and his friends now buy bundt cakes for every occasion and they don’t same me any.!!! 😭😭
