Nama Sushi & Teriyaki - Walnut Creek - Photo album

For having such a robust and varied menu I expected way more. I ordered the toro which should always be melt-in-your-mouth tender. But this was tough and chewy. Just awful. In fact, all of the sushi had that tough and chewy quality. Don't be fooled by the great looking menu. You can skip this
Good food, but horrible service. We came on a Sunday night. It wasn't too crowded when we got there, but more people came as the evening went on. They had only two servers working. The food I got (tendon) was really good and my friend's food (sashimi bowl) was good, as well. But the servers were not
Cute little place Enjoyed their Sushi Sashimi platter Will come back again
Really good traditional Japanese food that you will enjoy at a really good price, The difference options of sushi their offer this restaurant will make you want to come back for more
Went here this past weekend and of course took it home. It was about 40 with two miso soups and tip. Portions could be a bit bigger. But not by much. I would have liked more fish on the rainbow roll instead of shrimp. Tekka maki had one little guy (1st picture bottom right of the Tekka maki)overall
We’ve eaten here a few times now and the food is always delicious! The sushi is good, the hot food is good, and the vegetarian and vegan options are diverse! It’s a crowd pleaser!! Fast and friendly service, too.
Took 30 minutes for someone to take our order, and then another 30 minutes for sushi rolls to be made. A staff member was having a zoom meeting instead of helping customers. Terrible quality sushi.
Great friendly service, yummy and fresh sushi (although a couple of the rolls were really difficult to eat).
