It's hard to find an amazing pho broth in the 680 corridor. This place has a really good one. My other go-to are the vegetarian spring rolls. The ones here are good. What sells me over some other places is the efficiency and friendliness of the staff as well as the reliability of the food. You'll also never have to wait for a seat, the place is huge. That being said, its a huge room with what looks like haphazardly put together ambiance. I wouldn't bring a date here, but if you've been in a committed relationship for a while, are ordering to go, or flying solo...the broth and other menu items are solid and worth the stop. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, Saigon Vietnamese Bistro has permanently closed in this location due to a lease dispute. It is alleged that the landlord was trying to double their rent. They are hoping to find a new location. Saigon Vietnamese Bistro has wonderful authentic food. Love their fresh spring rolls, pho (especially the vegetarian, and rice dishes are spot on and delicious. Service is attentive. My best friend and I have lunch here and are able to get in, out and back to work on time. The parking lot is public with meters. This is a hidden gem in Walnut Creek worth your time. Prices are fair and the is food is fabulous.

Kyle makes this place tick. He made me feel welcome, taken care of, and eager to return. The food is always good. Standard Vietnamese fare at a great price, especially for Walnut Creek. Definitely a must visit for lunch or dinner.

Came right after work with my co-worker. So we were dusty and we were greeted with "welcome, how can we help you boss". it gets better. After being seated I asked if I can get a soda cup full of water. Replys:No problem boss. Comes back out with a pitcher of water. 👌 We ordered Number ones of pho. Man! I'm definitely going back to that spot. Plus it was cheap. Great service, Great vibe, Great food, it was a good night 😃

I come here exclusively for the pho, number 4 to be exact. I think their broth is one of the tastiest I've had in the area. Their service is great, rarely have to ask for refills of drinks, and one of the guy's there, probably owner or manager or something (I say that because he's let his workers go when it closed and he stayed late to close up), hes a super nice guy. I'm sorry that I dont know his name but hes always welcoming when hes there, very friendly and nice. I will definitely return and do recommend. Cant speak for any other dishes because I'm hooked on their pho and that's all I want when I'm there.
