The facilities are clean and well-lit and the staff do their job. The food is adequately priced and the portions are reasonable. The salads and salsa are fresh and the menu has a good selection. Overall, this is a place I would revisit and pick over the vast majority of fast food restaurants.
I was starved for some Polo Loco...so I drove a few miles more to my favorite. It was so worth it! 5☆'s across the board...Taste...Value ($20 for 12 pieces, 3 large sides...salsa and tortillas) ...and Service, I couldn't bring up my coupon but they honored it anyway!
In extremly trying times as these...I really needed some satisfaction...and I got it!

It was disappointing that the dining room was not open. Cashier said they didn't have enough help to open it. We got the 2 person chicken meal and took it home. Macaroni and cheese side was pretty small for 2 people, but the broccoli was adequate. Overall a good meal for the price.
