Great coffee, bad hours!. Best coffee in the area! Love the coffeehouse atmosphere & free wifi.

The only downside is they have a tendency to close whenever the college students leave, but never update the hours on their website . If you're not a regular, be sure to call for their hours or don't count on getting your coffee fix.

Coffee in a WARMED UP, ACTUAL MUG? YES PLEASE! β˜•β˜•β˜• (I would assume the owner) handed me a beautiful white mug that was very warm to the touch and filled with their Nicaragua blend. I was so impressed. 😊 My hubby ordered a chai tea latte and the mug he got was HUGE and quite honestly, just felt like home! Kiddos shared a hot chocolate. The pastries in the case looked amazing. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the atmosphere or people watch from the windows.

Cool corner coffee shop. I'm not a big coffee drinker, so I ended up having the Chai Tea Latte, it came in a huge mug and was awesome! Cool home town atmosphere, loved the interaction with the owner and the guests! Seemed like one of those places where people knew each other's names. Our kids were with us and were a little rowdy but it didn't seem to bother anyone, appreciated that.

Cozy and cosmopolitan, this independent coffee shop is everything a coffee shop should be. Excellent coffee is paired with a warm and inviting ambience in a space with original high ceilings, exposed brick walls, good natural light, and plenty of seating to stay awhile to work, think, read, or converse. Try the cranberry orange muffins served in flower pots: the best anywhere!

Beautiful little coffee shop. Kids had some smoothies, they loved. I had an iced coffee, it was great. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff, he was polite. The hours are a bit weird but if you can catch it open, stop in.

I think about this place all the time. It's been about 4-5 years since I last visited. Practically lived here in college. Having a bunch of other coffee joints under my belt since moving back to the KC area in 2017, I can confidently assert that Java Junction is the best coffee I've ever had. Art is amazing at his craft. The quality is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend visiting if you're looking for a new coffee shop to haunt.

They have the most reasonably priced coffee in town, especially for the quality. This guy makes really good lattes. Also, i tried my first shot of espresso here. Very classy atmosphere

I really like this mom and pop coffee shop! The coffees are fresh and full bodied. The owners are friendly and know their business. I like to stop in and enjoy a delicious cup of fresh brew with my wife as we soak up the warm welcoming atmosphere. And since I grew up in Junction Texas, I really am partial to the name.
