I went here on Friday, June 10 at 11:00 AM and was seated right away. It was a group of 4. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful to us. I really liked how they said "Have you been helped yet?" Very professional. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea with lemon. It was around $2-$3. I believe it comes with free refills, but should double check just in case. It tastes great with two zero sugar substitutes. I ordered the steak omelette ($14.99). It was absolutely delicious. The entree also came with different sides and I got toasted white bread with butter. All in all, 5/5 stars because we were seated right away for lunch time, the waitress was great and attentive to our needs, there was a big parking lot, quality of the food, and we had a good time together.
The food was great, though the sirloin from the sirloin tips was a little dry, everything else was great. Especially the pancakes. I didn’t care for the tea but it was mostly good all around. The place was busy but we got seated almost instantly. Our food was hot and fresh but the leaks ruined the atmosphere. The floors by her bathrooms looked really gross, but as long as the food is good, you can’t really complain.

It was good. The service was great. They place was kinda dirty looking. The floors we're really sticky. The wallpaper was coming off. The fabric on the chairs we're ripped. Just needs a little sprucing

I was pleasantly surprised … I’ve passed by here for years and have never stopped .. my server Kyle was bright and pleasant.. . the food was delicious.. everything was clean .. a little noisy but only because it was so busy ! Will be back !!
Our waiter was AMAZING! Adam did a great great GREAT job with a party of 15, half being young ladies who play hockey! It made it an amazing end to an awesome experience for our weekend! Thank you Adam!
It was very good. Excellent service. Great menu. Good prices. The building had some very minor issues but it did not impact the great experience.

My sister found a bug stuck to a blueberry in her berry salad! (It sort of looked like a moth or mini grasshopper.) The manager was really nice about the whole thing; they took the salad off the bill and remade it for her. The manager said that they get free produce, and they think the bug somehow ended up there. (How did no one see the bug when making her salad??) I even overheard a waitress say that she's not going to eat anything with blueberries in it, hehe.
The building itself is cute but a bit old and in need of repairs (minor cracks in the walls, peeling wallpaper, a leak in the ceiling, etc.) The staff was all over the place- the restaurant was super busy!
Overall, this IHOP definitely has potential to improve.

IHOP is IHOP.... but ate here and the service was spot on.
Ordered had a few minutes of laughter then food came fresh and hot.... even the unlimited pancakes were always....hot.
