If you're looking for a place to satisfy your brunch cravings, then this joint is worth a visit. But listen, if you're not planning on indulging in their bottomless mimosas, you're missing out on life. You better come thirsty and ready to guzzle down at least three of those babies. Note: the price is per person not for the whole table (whoops)
Now, let's talk about the food. The omelette and crab Benedict are the real stars of the show here. They were so delicious, I nearly shed a tear of joy. However, don't bother bringing any outside food or drinks because they are not having it. My friend's Starbucks got snatched up as soon as we sat down. I guess they're strict about that kind of thing.
But let's not forget about the coffee. Unfortunately, it was subpar and didn't quite hit the spot, left me longing for my Starbucks. But hey, we're not there for the coffee, are we?
Overall, I give Juniper 4 out of 5 stars. The food is the real deal, and the mimosas are worth the trip alone. So, grab your brunch squad and head on over. Just leave the Starbucks at home, hun.
Service was really great. Quiet evening in the restaurant on a Saturday evening. It's located in the beautiful Fairmont Hotel. Their cornbread is a popular item on the menu. I found it to be okay. Nothing I would rave about or recommend. We have the crab cakes and chicken which were very good with the broccolini and potatoes. For dessert the red velvet cake was not as good as it looked. It was mediocre. The cream cheese ice cream tasted like regular ice cream. No real distinction. Snicker parfait was good do chocolate lovers.
Had a great meal, served family style, with a group of friends at Juniper and everything was delicious - corn bread skillet, sides, striped bass, herb roasted chicken, NY strip, scallops, crab cakes, steak tartar, and the snickers dessert! Planning a return visit. Tip: meet for cocktails in the courtyard patio before dinner!
My husband and I went for brunch even though we didn't stay at the hotel. It is located inside the Fairmont Hotel, and when you enter the hotel go toward the left of the lobby to get to the restaurant. You may be able to find street parking but if not, you can valet in the hotel garage for $20. The brunch/breakfast buffet is extensive and even available during weekdays. They have scrambled eggs on the buffet or you can order any type of egg preparation for no extra charge. The buffet also had fruit, charcuterie meat and cheeses, sausages, bacon, home fries, yogurt, juices, granola, bagels, waffles, muffins, lox and pastries. All of the condiments were in individual mini glass jars. Bring your appetite. It cost just over $30/per person and it includes beverages of coffee, tea, milk, juice, etc.
The Juniper Restaurant located in the luxurious Fairmont Hotel in Georgetown is a restaurant that you will want to try. I especially enjoyed having lunch there and tasting the seasonal menu while dining in a lovely courtyard setting. Be sure and order the cast iron skillet bread. Tip: As soon as it comes to the tabletop it with the amazing butter and honey. The honey is sourced on-site and it is a decadent delight! Weather permitting - the courtyard is a fabulous place to dine!
I had the bananas foster French toast, it was absolutely incredible. Really good restaurant.
Chef was awesome. He introduced himself. Food was spectacular…crab cakes, broccoli cheese soup, tuna salad, meatless meatballs…desserts are off the chart!
Good coffee. Mr Phúc working there in the morning shift of July 1 was extraordinarily friendly, warm and helpful. Employee of the year for sure.
I just recently stayed at the Fairmont, which was WONDERFUL, and ate at this restaurant a couple of times for breakfast. They have the most incredible Crab Cake Benedict and Banana Foster waffles that we had for desserts because we just couldn't decide what to order. Everything looked so good! However, the highlight of our experience was our waiter, Oscar. He was incredible and made dining there more than just a meal. Best of all, they serve mimosas, giving several champagne options!
PERFECTION AT BREAKFAST. Due to room preference - we stay at Park Hyatt across the street but their restaurant is too much of the fancy gourmet tasteless bullcrap - you know , the stuff people pretend to like - but really don't. Anyhow, yesterday we did breakfast at this place......just thrilled! The restaurant is peaceful and nice. Staff equally pleasant - and really pay attention to requests.

OH MAMA this was good. Poached PERFECTLY. Ham flavorful. Hollandaise on point without some chef re-imagining and ruining it. The English muffin was HOT and CRISPY.....each bite was heavenly - I ate slow because I didn't wanna finish it fast. Yeah, I had foreplay with my Eggs Benedict I admit it.
Breakfast Potatoes

HOT! CRISPY!!!!! No weird flavors on it.
Only one wish is the waitstaff means so well- just slow down a second. Let us sit down at least, before asking about drinks and coffee but overall they were splendid.
When we are in DC - this is my ONLY breakfast spot now. Damn I wish I ordered two entrees now :)
This was the best dining experience I could've hoped for. My daughter (6) and I are in town for the weekend and I had requested in our reservation that they call her "madam" (she thinks that is a sign of "fanciness"); they went above and beyond. From our entry, the staff was so attentive and kept "deferring" to her for choices. They provided her with table service of a bottle of sparkling cider (after checking with
me), complimented her continually, and generally
made her feel like (in her words) "an elegant lady". The smile on her face during dinner is one I will never forget, and I will be forever grateful for the wonderful memories they've helped to make. You have earned a loyal customer in Mom, and a definite future customer in daughter. AMAZING SERVICE!
Great spot. The burger was excellent. The server was very friendly and very good at her job. Highly recommended.
Really pretty place, great food. A little pricey. I recommend the senators breakfast.
Excellent food and portioning, even better service. Edgar should be teaching classes at the nearest hospitality management program! His effortless charisma and attentiveness made the experience a five star one, easily.
The Christmas Dinner Pre-Fix four course meal with a wine pairing for each course was absolutely unbelievable! We loved every course!! Well done and our compliments to the Chef!!!
