I was in the area in the early afternoon, and this place came up. Wanted to get a quick bite to eat if possible and of course a coffee. I had the breakfast burrito, and my wife had the Foxacado, both were yum. The people working here were kind and friendly. They have outside seating both in the front and back from what I could tell. Very cute place, would come back if we were closer.
I ordered iced honey cinnamon latte. It was good. There is no dine in and they still require to wear mask. I really like the outdoor seating but it is limited.
A good local coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was good. The sandwiches are well served and with good quality in the ingredientes. There is only seating outside.
The breakfast burrito here is top five. It's really phenomenal. It's big stuffed and very filling. If you're really hungry you won't be disappointed if you order the burrito. The little red fox is a cool cafe with a lot of seating outside. The service is pretty quick and the staff was pretty great. I also had a chai which was decent, no complaints.
This place is really fun. Little red foxes everywhere, fun decor, and more. The food is wholesome and tasty. Try the Fancy Grilled Cheese, Cuban, or BLT. The coffee is really some of the best in DC. There is a great book store a few doors down, and Rockcreek Park is a short drive. Grab some food and coffee and make an afternoon of it.

Nice place for coffee ☕️🍪 they also have cookies and other things. For the time being coffee only outside. A bit cold to be outside but understandable as covid measures apply. My
One of my top 3 FAVE local coffee shops. Cool atmosphere. Great parking. Pricey; but I treat myself twice a week to this al.ond milk cappuccino
Little red fox has the great fresh bread delicious pastries, and a great vanilla latte. But my absolute favorite is there chocolate Birthday sheet cake and chocolate chip cookies. They also carry fresh Brie and other cheeses which are just delicious. You can't go wrong at this place.
Excellent fresh food offerings. My Italian sandwich was surprisingly bright flavor rendition of the classic Italian sub. This was on a panini bread that was light with crisp crust. It was not the typical dense chewing dough. The drink offerings were also health themed with juices and sparkling water. My friend had a great cup of coffee and the Cuban pork sandwich. They also have great premade portions for takeout. The fresh baked goods looked wonderful. I look forward to returning. I highly recommend LRF!
Personable staff, fast service, and the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had - now my go to weekend breakfast spot!
Good food in a cozy, friendly atmosphere. Haven't had a bad sandwich here and the espresso is solid. Go forth, eat and drink! Little Red Fox is money.
Great spot for a quick and casual bite for breakfast or lunch. Reminded me of a place you'd find in Williamsburg but with a Chevy Chase DC crowd. Due breakfast sandwich options and 4 lunch (starts at 11 am) sandwich options.
Great little cafe with a number of vegan options! The chickpea sandwich was fantastic. I loved that the bread was fresh and not too chewy. They put a lot of chickpea filling on the sandwich, which I appreciated. I also got a couple pre-made items and a latte. Everything was really tasty! The lattes are a little pricey per oz, but everything else was on par with what I expected to pay.
Little Red Fox is a really cute coffee and sandwich shop right up the st from me. The Fancy Grilled Cheese is the best grilled cheese I have ever had. Their coffee and espresso is great, and the environment is relaxing.
Neighborhood institution with the best sandwiches and coffee in a multi-block radius.
Great staff, and owners with boots on the ground.
Not a VC concept or a “profit above all” chain like so many places in DC at this point.
A real deal community outpost, serving good stuff, run honestly.
10/10
We go here every weekend for breakfast — always a little bit busy, but the staff is used to it and I’m always impressed by how quickly everything comes out. Iced lattes are fantastic though I wish they had hazelnut flavoring. All their sandwiches are fantastic — great flavor combos and super customizable. 10/10 would recommend! Lovely spot.
Good coffee and good sandwiches. The soup is excellent, and the staff is very helpful. The shop is also located in a good neighborhood. There's a cake store next door (Sugar Fox 🦊, ice cream and cake), a bookstore (Politics & Prose, which also has a cafe that serves coffee and offers avocado toast at a reasonable fee; bathrooms also), a CVS, a Hess Station, and a nearby Shell, Exxon, and a restaurant with good fries (Rosemary's) across the street. And a nice art gallery. The parking lot at the back of the store also has a neat mural. Parking is pretty good with good timing, and there's additional parking across the street in the neighborhood.
