Stopped by for a late sandwich and a frappucino while visiting from Cincinnati. The sandwich was good but the frappucino was wonderful and hit the spot. It was good to sit down after a five mile walk and watch people through the large floor to ceiling windows. Nice atmosphere, good food and service make this place a winner.
Great coffee but way too much milk in a cappuccino!!! Never asked for a latte.
This is a well located Starbucks in downtown. The location is cozy but the line moves quickly - unlike other locations nearby.
They do have a limited selection of Starbucks Reserve beans. The folks working here have helped me out when I have had any questions regarding the beans.
Seating is limited and drinks are generally made well.
This is one of the best Starbucks locations in the city. The staff here is almost of seasoned baristas so you rarely have to wait long for drinks or have any issues with my order. They try to learn regulars names and have fun with customers. I am sad my office moved a bit further from this location because it isn't my regular spot anymore and I suffer for it.
It's also most summer and it's the French market in George Town it's great check it out.....
Good choice I like the rich creamy cappuccino
One of my favorite stops in DC. I love going to Starbucks for such few reasons as to enjoy my whole milk latte with chocolate croissant and get immersed with my readings and course study.
To day, I rode Metro Train from hometown Silver Spring all the way to Gallery Place China Town; walked across blocks enjoying nightly scenes. As usual, ordered my latte but turned out soy milk instead of whole milk.
What made me sad was the gossiping like character the guy in charge demonstrated and his murmuring sound, as if I were wrong. I am still happy but this type of code of conduct is like “death by thousand cuts” with myriad of ramifications.
This is the place I met my bff for the first time so this place holds a lot of lovely memories and feelings for me it’s the place where I can feel peaceful, I almost go there everyday, I drink my coffee and write my daily life journals , I love the team there , they’re professional and fast even if they destroyed my joyful by giving me a nasty coffee once before they closed last week but I still love this Starbucks .
Am a regular customer and visit Starbucks much often to read. The service is great, but the music is so laud and feel like am in the bar. It's annoying!!
Regular customer, and I have always had a pleasant consumer experience and generally no complaints on any of the food/beverages.
But sometimes service is a little too slow. Or way too slow.
Decent Starbucks, can be little slow sometimes. Seats are usually always taken, people spread out. It's kind of annoying at times.
Love the place and the service
There is an above average amount of comfortable seating at this location, which means I prefer it if I am going to linger a bit and read/work/ect.
This is my favorite starbucks location in DC. The service is wonderful, I love the staff!
