I am a California transplant and was looking for a local Peets to remind me of home, and unfortunately, there is no place like home. However, I did find a friendly staff who made me feel at home by providing excellent service. I want to thank the manager and team on duty on 11.17.23 during the early afternoon. I don't live nearby, but getting there is worth the trek. I also felt the same way about the location nearby. You guys are examples of what kindness is about. #Kindness #Benice #Stoprudeness

Very creative baristas and wonderful customer service. Even when short staffed they’re always very prompt and professional. They always have fresh pastries and a wide selection of sandwiches. I love that they greet me as soon as I walk in. Employees make sure the lobby is clean and I enjoy the ambiance.
Love Peet's Coffee! The coffee in general is excellent, way better than Starbucks. Service was quick, exactly what I ordered. If you need to use the bathroom just ask an employee for the code, no problem with that. As of now because of DC and the rules they have masks are still required to enter. Pricing is comparable to the other chain coffee places, this location is awesome just kitty corner from The White House.
Lively coffee shop near the White House. Always busy but they typically prepare the coffee efficiently and keep the line moving. Love that they have non-dairy options.
They were courteous and helpful even 10 minutes before closing. They didn't realize that I was lost and kind of panicking... but the level of service helped me calm down and find my way back to the hotel...Thank you Peet's Coffee 🤩
I've been to Washington, D.C. since yesterday and your coffee was very good. I like it more than a certain SB, which is famous. The inside of the store was also fashionable, and the clerk was also cute.

I visited this cafe for the first time today. I am Japanese and my English is not good, but I was very happy to be served kindly by the smiling waitress. I ordered a cafe mocha and a cafe latte, both of which were delicious. Very friendly and nice place, will definitely visit again!
I’m a big fans of Peet’s in general! While i mostly brew Peet’s at home, I do visit this location occasionally. The baristas are ALWAYS very friendly and professional, and make my coffee just right!!

Better than the worldwide franchise chains. Good coffee is often hard to find in the US but you can find it at Peets
FANTASTIC near 3rd-wave coffee just down the street from the White House & kitty-corner to the Eisenhower Executive bldg.
Their Forte Espresso blend is a smooth harmony of notes whout the typical, American-burnt cowboy coffee taste. I just bought a bag of their Anniversary Blend and am so excited to try it.

I like this location it’s the only Peet’s I’ve been to so I don’t have a comparison. The service was great the three times I visited which always makes it better. I sat in one time and didn’t order since I was waiting to meet someone and I had no issues. If I’m the area stop by! There is a Starbucks right across the street but nothing wrong with this great location!!
