This place is really comfortable and beautiful. I love to come here and read/study. The food is good and most of the employees/supervisors are well trained (in comparison to other locations and restaurants in general here in D.C.). The only thing I noticed is that the restrooms are not clean. It looks like they haven't been cleaned for at least one week. Besides then restroom issue everything is ok. I love Panera!

It's clean, the staff is friendly and there is never a wait to order. I'm a fan of the ordering kiosks, never knew you could customize menu items.

My regular Panera spot. Always good service and nothing has gone so far. Today they said that I could use the kiosks if I am paying with card. So I tried it. The lady who worked there walked me through it and was very helpful. She even handed me a bigger cup coffee, a cookie and wish me a Merry Christmas. So nice! Made me smile

We came here with a large group, including some hungry, tired kids, after the Women's March in Washington, and the staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating. One employee helped us move tables together and brought extra chairs down from upstairs. Another employee and the manager came to check on us and apologize for the slow service. Thank you Panera! Customer service as it should be.

The Panera Bread in NYC sucked. When my husband wanted to give Panera Bread a second try at this location, I was reluctant. However, when I entered this particular location, I knew my experience this time would be different. We ordered the pick 2, my husband went with their pasta paired with cream of tomato, I went with their Mediterranean sandwich paired with chicken, walnut, strawberry salad. We sat in the beautiful sun roofed atrium and our orders were brought over by the super friendly server in no time. Our foods were beautifully presented and their portions were much bigger than I remembered. They were simple yet tasty. I was so pleasantly surprised by Panera's quality - soft, pillowy tomato basil bread along with the refreshing, lightly dressed summer salad - that I asked my husband to take me back weekly. Can't wait to sample the rest of the menu and try their pastries!

Hey, Everyone, welcome to the show. I'm your host. Many of you folks are here to see the details and I'm going to prove it. Many places in DC are eligible to allow customers to visit places and spend time there, but some are not the same event to allow customers to visit, spend time there, resting, and relaxing. Places like Panera bread of Chinatown don't allow that. What? they don't? Afraid not. The only way they'll let you, him, her, them, to enjoy their services is to buy stuff from them first before doing whatever you do. For real? Yes. They won't let people get inside to routine themselves unless they buy anything for them. However, it doesn't have to be an expensive choice or a tough one. It can be at least a bag a chips, piece of bread , Apple, juice, milk, snacks, muffins, beggale, or dessert. Once is bought, your welcome to enter. People which they don't buy stuff from them or plan to make purchase are not welcome there and they would be asked by associates to leave or head somewhere else. Although they have 3 floors. 1st, 2nd, and third floor, lower and upper bottom. The 2nd floor is the middle row between the stairs. There are people which they dine in. They got free Wifi. Do they ? Yes they do. Their wifi is avalible 24-7. They have a elevator to use for escalation. Is that right? Yes. If folks don't want to do the stairs, they can take the elevator. The bathrooms are located on the 3rd floor. When you, he, she, they get to the top floor, there are bathrooms in front of you where the hall way is. (Notice) They have a digital code in each restrooms and the employers only room. Is a restricted area. It's Only for associates that work there can access to get in. Bathrooms with digital codes must activated correctly first before enter inside the premises. Sometimes they may don't have to have a code to take s restroom. Unless if is difficult, they must ask the staffs for the code. They'll tell you. They got the refeild machine for drinks and sodas. They even have their own juice for the service. They do have plug inputs to allow customers, guests, and visitors to charge their electronics and portables. Really? Yeah. (Question) so I can charge my phone and me portables when I first get inside ? Yes, but they want folks to purchase a item first then let them do what they need to do. But beware, (Caution) Every weekdays and weekends they have security guards. Usually one. When customers enter the place, there's a security guard on the right. On the left where they have the cash register is. It can be the same person but most of the time they switch members of security. Really? Yes. Also they patrol to check on people and watch everyone. Why? Because they have to keep the place decent, organize , and safe for customers. It's their job to do it. If that bothers you or some folks, they can just ignore it or stay positive without worrying about it. When customers order food from them, they buy it. After that, they can choose to sit wherever they want. Staffs give them the pad mobilazor that tells them their food is ready to enjoy. When is time to eat, they don't have to get the food by themselves, they'll do the work for them. They'll do the sending and they'll do the acceptance. That's the info. This would help. Take care.

Excellent service. Even with a skeleton staff, and some itens sold out, the staff was attentive, helpful, patiently helping us navigate through the menu, switching a item that one of us could not eat because of allergies without question or delay. I'm sure to come back again.

Fast, friendly, attentive service. Wheelchair ramp entry across from Gallery Place Metro. Breads etc fresh: baked daily on premise. Variety of seasonal soups. Plus sandwiches, salads, drinks, smoothies, coffee, teas and sweets. Wi-fi (oh, yeah!) and a few electrical outlets. Seating first floor to back or second floor up stairs or elevator. It's busy or quiet in waves. Unlike Starbucks at nearby intersection, their second floor (so far) is not blocked off 1 to 2 hours before closing. Kids with parent welcomed. But, if not paying customer don't expect to loiter just for their wi-fi, or if you are harassing other customers: this location's managers don't play. And by the way, fellow customer, think about this: Do you make a mess at home? Courtesy is a two-way street.
