I’m not one to leave reviews often, but I was blown away by the staff working this evening June 11th at 6:45 PM. 2 males & one female.
I work in the fast casual service industry in NC. And was so excited to see their commitment to good service. I have an avocado allergy, they changed their gloves and washed their hands and also went to the back to get the recipe for the Basil Caesar Dressing to confirm there was no Avocado oil in it! 5 stars for service! Thank you!
Just ordered a salad through DoorDash. Salad has come out perfect per all the request I made. My salad was made quickly and delivered in a decent time. The salad taste fresh and perfect for the mood I’m in today.I wanted to eat half but ended up eating the whole thing quickly.
I picked up lunch from Chopt today for the first time. I was a little worried because my kale Cesar salad was a total of 735 calories. I think the chicken and double serving of Cesar dressing did it. I was pleasantly surprised when I got back to the office and opened the bag! You can see from the picture I have almost an entire container left once I took out what I wanted. So... Not 700+ calories after all. (I'm not quite sure how anyone could ready the entire container. I have dinner and a snack for this evening.
I got the marinated kale instead of the plain one. It was awesome. This salad was so good, I could eat one everyday.
I DoorDash here pretty frequently! I pretty much know the entire staff.
Yvette works the line! Her energy is UNMATCHED! I’ve never seen her without a smile. She’s fast, and friendly and you can tell that she enjoys what she does! This behavior contributes to driving revenue for sure! Great job to management here! Especially the manager in the day time! She is just as sweet!

I was only visiting DC when I stopped at Chopt - I got a salad when my train arrived and a few days later when I was boarding my train to leave - I would love one local to me, thought the value, taste and size of salad were all great!
Great food to grab for my train rides. I always stop there before my frequent Amtrak trips.
I went there last week almost at closing time. I was a little adhesive about going in because it was like 5:57, however they said come on in and welcomed me. The staff was very friendly and Attentive! The salad was very fresh and service was fast . The only thing I wish is that opened up a little early so I can grab a salad to take to work before I go. 5 stars for 5 star service!
Today's service was really slow. They let a new guy doing the chopping with little help. With two lanes open, there was no lineup at register, but big lineup by the door... at 1:20PM.
