I went May 7 and boy was it a delight. Carry out of course. I really enjoyed my dish. It was the super Green something. The flavors, greens, chicken, and queso were so beautiful together. Im telling you their bowls are way more tasty then chipotle. I will be back for sure. 5 stars.
Very friendly staff. my first time there and I was taking a long time to choose, told the lady I wanted something different and more authentic. She recommended the cubana bowl. It was excellent, very delicious. Also got the fish tacos which were very good. Both were freshly made. I wish they had to go containers for the hot sauces they offer, she said they didn't have anything for me to use. Otherwise very happy and I'll be back. Just a heads up, they do charge for parking but if you bring your ticket they will validate it so you don't have to pay.

Due to a mix-up of a delivery company, we got someone else's order that was from California Tortilla. That was definitely the best mistake the delivery company ever made!! The food was extremely abundant and amazing. We are now home in Pennsylvania, and will be going to our local California Tortilla restaurant, and we are definitely looking forward to it!!!
Corn tortillas for street tacos were not lightly fried. Kids cheeseburger tacos were definitely not to the kids liking. But the salsa, chips, guacamole, blackened chicken, blackened fish, quesadillas, etc were delicious. Staff was very courteous. Music was loud, but when asked staff turned it quieter immediately. Very accommodating for families. Clean, well staffed.
Update from 11 years later - I still love it! Go eat there! :) Original review: Really good grilled veggie & bean tacos, veggie quisadilla, "no-meato burrito," and Mexican garden salad with honey lime dressing. Mmmmm. Plus, the music is great 80s hits. The meaty burritos and salads are good too, but the veg options are a highlight.
Simple Mexican fast casual chain somewhat comparable to Chipotle. Their menu is a bit less "traditional" though with options like Korean BBQ or Bacon Ranch burritos. Still, decent quality and service for the prices and worth stopping in you want something quick and easy in Cleveland Park.
Many more choices of product than Chipotle. More flavorful tacos and burritos. The Korean BBQ is outstanding. Try it....you won't go back to Chipotle!
Solid and basic Mexican-ish fast casual family place. Try the fish tacos! Sometimes it's just nice to have an option other than Chipotle. Good chips too!
Honestly, can't go wrong. Good taste at a fair price. If you like picking the same thing over and over again, there is something here for you. I recommend the chips and queso everytime.
