Service is quick and staff is friendly. Walking in is a little confusing due to the location of the Subway inside the building. Food was great and pricing reasonable.
Fresh bread and meat, fast and tender service .Would come again.

This location is in the basement of an office building in Downtown DC. I like the location because it's kinda hidden even with the awning. Their main customers are the office workers which is great. Most of them took their lunch back to the office which leaves us non workers a place to sit and eat. Quiet atmosphere and cold A/C 😊
Don't be rude to their staff! A lot of tourists stop here on their way to one of the nearby hotels. Remember your manners! My food was fresh & service was prompt. The guests that came in after me were so rude.
The service was great and the restaurant looked amazingly clean and well kept. I forgot to get a bag of chips with my meal, but that's on me. Their food was good as always.
My husband and I went 5/2 and 5/3/2016 while on vacation in Washington DC. Would recommend this location due to the friendly staff alone. The tables could have used a bit more attention but compared to the other 2 subways we tried this one was a 10. We did have a small problem in that they didn't know how to charge for a refill when we came in with our own cup. They claimed it was not an option on their machine with a new program. We believe they were unfamiliar with it. BUT they solved it by charging us for the smallest drink item they had (juice box) which was the proper way to handle it and the second time didn't charge us at all - Good customer service. Its a shame that the franchise doesn't encourage bringing your cup back on next visit and train all stores in the register option -imagine all the landfill space that would be saved.
Generous with meat. And as a subway regular, not all of them are like that. Although chain restaurants are usually equal with what they do, here you will get more. Can be little slow sometime, but t least worth the wait.

I love this Subway. Service is great and staff always friendly. For whatever reason they haven't had the TV on for a few weeks. Other than that, great place to get a sub!
Nice open space with lots of seating to sit down and relax. There is free wifi but no charging ports. The food is like any other subway. They accepted my coupon though.
There's no wait time, given our current situation. Masks are required for entry. There are safety protocols in place. Friend and fast service with an array of options.
Decent subway but I don’t think it’s sanitary to have a little kid of an employee running around behind all the food.
Clean & fresh. Went during a lunch rush. Still got my order as requested & in a timely fashion. Staff was nice.
They are good in getting your order right. Move a little slow for lunch rush. But otherwise good.
