The patrons here on Friday night and early Saturday morning (many of whom are AU students) completely littlerally trash this McDonalds. The photos here really barely begin to show the extent of the disrespect and lack of decency of many of the patrons, leaving trash on the tables, chairs, and all over the floor. This among many things is a clear sign of a society in decline. Someone please take this opportunity to make money on a youtube series outing these disrespectful scumbags. The workers here should not have to deal with this.
I tried using my Mac Daddy's gift card but the mag strip wouldn't read the terminal. Tall Hispanic mgr lady refused to enter the 16 digit card number so I could use it. So I sat down to read the newspaper and she comes over to my table trying to harass me because "I wasn't a paying customer" psje said I had to leave in 20 minutes to make way for the "paying" customer! Well, if you weren't such a lazy biatch I would have been A "PAYING CUSTOMER"
Always a great place to eat. Fresh, hot, and as fast as they can. This staff handles hundreds an hour I'm sure. They deserve a raise! ❤️

Fast food restaurants with 24/7 dine in is a five star for me. Am not the kind if person that rate a fast food restaurants 1 star because of service or presentation of food. It's fast food, deal with it.
McDs sure are growing up! This one is about the cleanest, fanciest, most-efficient ones with the nicest staff, a wide variety of seating options, LCD screens for menus, cool art, a create your own sandwhich option, Uber Delivers.... oh and classical music playing on a decent sound system. I'm probably missing things.

Great McDonald's to get food and beverage. Clean facility, friendly service, many kiosks for placing order. Very convenient parking -- enter from Wisconsin Ave, not Van Ness.

I saw some comments below regarding the air conditioner the staff need to work comfortably and not almost 90 degree temps. I would recommend that is looked at ASAP because happy staff will provide great customer service.

I think it was what you expect when you come to a McDonald's. The food was relatively quick and I got what I paid for. There is quite a bit of parking available, but it was pretty full when I got there, and the parking lot is a little tricky to navigate. The bathrooms were clean.
I purchased a strawberry milkshake. It was very good.
My order was slightly delayed and the manager went above and beyond to make sure it was correct and to make it right to me. I really appreciate her hospitality!
