Takeout delivery, the eggplant pizza was really good. Perfectly cooked and lots of yummy veggies on top and crunchy/chewy crust. Unfortunately we also got the mozz sticks and I do not recommend unless you want to spend $8 when you could heat up better at home. The pizza tho really was great, I would order it again for sure.
Ordered on Uber eats under the business name Aasta La Pizza. When I tried to find it on google maps that name didn’t come up so I was really confused but this is the pizza place at the same address so I assume they go by both names or something?
When I figured out it must be this place and read the terrible reviews I tried to cancel my Uber eats order but it was too late. The food came on time and the order was correct (pepperoni and sausage XL pizza) and we actually enjoyed it. It wasn’t the best pizza in the dc by any means but for the price point I’d say it was pretty good and way better than i was expecting based off the reviews!
I went to order a pizza to take away. I ordered an xtra large split half way as a veggie and half as a spicy meatlovers. When I was waiting I was reading the reviews in here and I was thinking, "oh man, what have I gotten myself into?" because of all of the negative reviews. I was handed the big box with my pizza inside, walked home with it, and discovered a very good, world class pizza! The crust was just right. The sauce was just right. The toppings were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Keep making excellent pizzas!!
Hard not to give this place a 5 off of the pizza alone. Cheese was awesome, sausage was fresh and real. The crust was done very well. I am definitely coming back.Not NY, NJ, or Chicago pizza by any means but does D.C justice.
Friendly service. Great food! Huge portions. I recommend the Spaghetti with Meatballs or the Portobello Mushroom Pasta with Chicken. Each come with a yummy slice of cheese pizza. Comfortable and clean dining area.
This is a great neighborhood pizza joint! Delicious calzones too! Walk in and grab a hot cheesy slice! Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Local delivery has been great for me too! YUMM!
Soooooooo good and an actually good size pizza for a family of 4. Found this place based of a relative who use to come here A LOT I agree with her too it's bomb pizza 🍕
