Conveniently located. Great service. Nice ambiance. They made our ice caramel macchiatos perfectly. Great place to chill and enjoy your coffee.
The morning crew is so lively and ready to interact! It's refreshing to talk with them and have some laughs while waiting for my order. They're also pretty good at getting your order correct, and are helpful and understanding when a mistake is made.
If by chance you aren't having a good morning, step one foot into this Starbucks and that will completely turn around. I was in there for no more than 10 minutes but the energy and positivity this crew exhibited this morning was enough to last me the whole day! They are on top of things and will serve you with a smile. They work harmoniously together and you can tell they really enjoy their regulars and just being at work. I want to thank them for their smiles and attitude that turned this gloomy day into a sunny one. Keep up the great work
I give this Starbucks 5 stars because they are SUPER friendly, and there is always a positive atmosphere and a smile for everyone. Plus their drinks are great. It IS really busy in the morning, but what do you expect from a coffee shop right next to the metro on weekday mornings? Plus, they are pretty fast despite the long lines. Order ahead if you don't want to wait for your drinks and you can avoid the rush.
Always great service.🤩 I'm not a coffee drinker, but always good to stop in for a quick muffin (or my favorite lemon pound cake) on my way to meet clients.

Very convenient to where I work. The employees are always extremely friendly, and it is a very clean location. I have nothing bad at all to say about this location. Every single time I go, I get great service.
Staff is incredible friendly at this location. They have such a good mood and it gives such a happy vibe. It looks like they have a lot of regulars there, they all know. Small town feeling in a big city.

I love Starbucks period! However you must have patience at this location (all of them really during morning rush hour). This one is directly located at farragut west metro station, it has a lot of traffic. The area has a significant amount of foot traffic daily. If doing a mobile order give yourself 10 mins not the 2-5 as the app would indicate. Nonetheless, the coffee is always great. The holiday spice flat is delicious. The staff works hard to deliver great service.
