My WHOLE meal was fantastic. The grape leaves were on point, the hummus was some of the best I've ever had, my shawarma combo was fantastic, and more food than I needed. I don't live in DC, but when I visit again I would love to come here. The gentleman that ran the place served us, and cooked. He was attentive, on point, and friendly. Excellent food and customer service.
Very good traditional med fare. Atmosphere is lacking, but they make up for it with friendly service. Entree prices are very competitive for the area, and portion sizes are good. The place could use some sprucing up. Overall I would recommend, especially for lunch.
This is the BEST pizza we’ve ever had! We ordered delivery through the Slice app and were kept informed of the progress of our order. Delivery was right on time. Fresh ingredients. Awesome flavor! Not too greasy. Would order this again and again if we lived in DC. Highly recommend!!!!
This may be my favorite fast food pizza in DC thus far! Have had it several times and it’s passed the sober/drunk filter meaning that we’ve tried it after parties AND on lazy days— needless to say, it has tasted delicious in both instances.
Friendly service, came at 5 on a Friday the restaurant is completely empty. Food came fast and looks amazing. Got the gyro and French fries. I'll be back
This place is beyond a 10/10 I love pizza so much and finally found the place in the dmv area that makes it the best! Their French fries are the CRISPIEST I’ve ever eaten.
The staff were really friendly and the pizza was fresh snd HUGE. Definitely a great place to stop for a quick lunch.
It’s a hole in the way in a great way. You come in late at night and get quality pizza, wings or dip. They’ve got cable on in the back and the people are nice. Stop by and just relax with good food and friends.

Great food at an unbeatable price. Recently took a friend from Canada here; we both got platters and soft drinks and left with a $31 bill including a 20% tip. I highly recommend the Gryo! Staff was very friendly and we didn’t once feel pressured during our 3-hour meal and chat. Definitely coming back here!
They must be DC’s best kept secret! Can’t believe I had never been here before, but I won’t be getting pizza anywhere else in DC anymore! BBQ chicken pizza was absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind, immediately thanking me so much for my order when I called. With the lack of reviews, I was nervous to try. So glad I gave them a chance.. great owners, nice people, the BEST food.
Stopped by on a whim and BOY was I glad i did. Found me another GEM as my go to from now on. Had something simple. Personal pan pizza with pepperoni and it didn't disappoint.

Stopped in here really quick on our way to the drum circle at Meridian Hill Park. We had smoothies (green and mango) as well as chicken salads- everything was delicious! The owners were also SO sweet. Really enjoyed chatting with them. Great experience. 🤗
Customer service is on a whole different level mashallah couldn’t be much happier, fresh baked oven food will forever be my favorite at this place.
Wings is sooooo torch 🔥🔥🔥. I like that I can get my wings and pour the sauce on it myself. Also I would like to add that the manager is super friendly and you can tell he goes above and beyond for his customers. Every time I go there I’m greeted by the manager and he make sure I’m well taking care of! Props to this restaurant for good fast food service 👌🏽
The staff who work here make the dining experience worthwhile. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They treat each customer with respect and dignity. They are excellent at what they do and the pizza is delicious and full of flavor. Honestly, this is one the best pizzas that I’ve ever had. Kudos!!! 👍🏻
Food portions were large and the staff was friendly. The order was made quickly and we were in an out within 10 minutes. I wish there were more options available -- it looks like they are falling into the amazon/uber/grubhub vortex where they are being told to make more "american" foods such as pizza/burgers/fried etc... I definitely liked the food and hope they can refocus on what makes them great
The food is wholesome, delicious and healthy. It is handicap accessible. The menu is unique in that you can order vegan or non vegan and the food is Mediterranean and mideastern. Great place for tea, coffee and dessert. There is a full service bar and wonderful service.
