I ordered food from this Papa John's multiple times usually my food is amazing and customer service is great. This past Thursday 9/21/2023
My pizza wasn't fully cooked it was doey had to put it in the air fryer and my chicken garlic parmesan flavored wasn't as good as normal and I received 7 drums and 1 flat disappointed.

Best cooks the franchise has to offer! Yes. No joke. Their pizzas are extremely delicious. And I'm not getting paid for saying this.
I really appreciate the customer service that was given from the store manager Mike. I had a different mind set coming to the store when I had ordered delivery in the beginning but the whole experience was turned around and I was satisfied.
Amir is an amazing employee I DoorDash and I have no problem ever coming to this store his customer service is A1 give this man a raise and choose this location for your orders there the best!!!!!
Amir is awesome. He has a great cx service skills he made my order process quick and easy for me . I ordered lunch for my coworkers and the order was completely correct. Will order again .

This is by far the fastest Papa John's I the DMV. I've ordered 3 times and I swear the pizza is so hot when it arrives that it burns my mouth.
It's difficult to find places in Northeast that consistently perform up to expectations. This Papa John's is definitely one of the places to go to

I’ve been ordering from this location for about a year now. And the food is always delicious (or saucy as my daughter would say) lol I usually order delivery but yesterday I did carryout. Food was fresh and hot. I didn’t catch the young man name but he was kind and he thanked me for ordering and invited me back to order again which I will. Keep up the great work guys!!!
On Feb. 16, 2022. I placed an order when the store was about to close. The team members are always professional and have great customer service skills. I would like to send out a special request to Christina and James for going an extra mile just to make my household smile. First they both were patient and available when I needed for my order to be completed correctly. Christina ask me if I need paperplates and napkins and she also went an extra mile just to add extra jalapenos peppers to my order. James arrived to my home in no time with a smile on his face and athough I had a large order, the pizza was still hot. James was genuinely respectful to my household. Which I had no other choice, but to tip him with no problem. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service skills.
Really delicious and fast pizza but more than that, we have had exceptional service. On a Friday night, the owner, Todd was working away with a staff that was flexible and met my requests with a smile. Definitely recommending this locally-owned shop who employs super sweet people oh and yummy pizza! :)
My husband and I visited this location a few days ago and were impressed. We placed our order online and it was quick, fast, and easy to do!
Before going in to pick up our pizzas we were impressed with parking. DC's parking can be really tricky and for this location you wont have to worry about that. We were able to pull up park (on the left hand side, 1hr for free) and had a lot of room to make a quick dash to the front door.
The actual building is small, but it's a pick up and go type of joint. The employee that greeted us did so with a smile, and pleasant attitude!
Our PIZZA was really good. We hadn't Papa John's in a really long time. We are going to have to check them out more often. Keep up the great work and I'll be sure to tell my friends about your location .
I have never had a bad experience here at this store. The staff is always friendly and get my order right the first time. Even with all the things happening at the corporate office, the franchise is still going strong. Don't blame the entire company for the actions of one idiot! Keep making good pizzas and I'll be back.

Mike took care of me! I wasn't able to place my order online so I called the store at around 11:00 pm because I had a reward to use. The person I talked to first told me to place my order through him then call an online help desk for my reward (and I did), he was no help, but after a good 30mins of calling back and forth with the online help desk and the store I ended up getting transferred to Mike (works at the store). I was told that I had to place my reward order online as a carryout so I don't get charged twice for delivery since I already placed a delivery order. But the store wasn't accepting carryout orders since it was already 11:40pm. From the beginning, my issue was paying twice for delivery and the person I talked to the first time knew that but didn't want to do anything about it, made it sound like he cannot help with any type of online orders or rewards, gave me an online help desk phone number and didn't want to deal with it. Then Mike answered the phone, after hearing what I needed, he just took off one of the delivery charge. It was that simple! It wasn't a big deal but the person before Mike made it seem like it was a huge deal by giving me a help desk number. Mike knew exactly what to do and understood the problem. Thank you again Mike.
