The coffee was the best I have ever had. We also enjoyed the yummy pastries that we drove back the next day!

Was in Little Washington and craving soup for some reason. So so happy this little gem of a bakery popped up in my Google search. Wish I lived closer. Would definitely make this place a regular on my list. Got veggie soup and 1/2 a BLT on Gruyere bread with pimento cheese for lunch. Cost about $7.00. Tasted so good I went back in after and got a whole loaf of Gruyere along with 16 oz. of the pimento cheese and another 16 oz. of chicken salad to boot. That cost about $35.00. Guess what I'm having for dinner tonight? Lol NOTE : Google Maps puts you in a parking lot then gets you to walk around the block. There are cut thrus but I didn't notice them until after I ate. See pics 2 see what I mean.

The croissants are heavenly. Flaky and buttery with each bite. Cinnamon rolls are decadent and soft and by the way, they also offer great coffee. This is a must stop by any one who visits Washington.

Tried things from their bakery and was highly impressed! The brownies are DELICIOUS. They are cakey and not too sweet.. perfection. The tiramisu was also very good! We got a variety of things and everyone loved everything. I tried one of their frappes, a vanilla frappe with carmel syrup added and you could tell it had fresh ingredients. A little pricey but you get fresh products that are made with love.

Great tasting danishes and cookies. Their coffee is delicious too, both hot and iced. I feel happy to support a business like this is in a town that appears empty. I recommend this place, it's worth your time!

Delicious baked goods and the cappuccino is fantastic. Tastes like it was made in a small European cafe.

Very good bakery! Super friendly staff. We had the following items and each one was delicious, unfortunately we ate everything before I could take any pictures. Chocolate croissant, sausage & cheese croissant, plain croissant, cinnamon bun, & 2 cupcakes 🧁. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the chocolate croissant. Highly recommend this bakery.

My favorite bakery around. No one compares to their goodies. Their staff is friendly and the inside is always so clean. I take friends and family here all the time to grab a quick bite or sit and chat while enjoying a cinnamon roll. Also they have great coffee. If you are planning a day trip to Washington or live here, you need to stop by!!!!

Rachel and crew made a baby cake (carrot cake with cream cheese icing) for my mother n law’s 75th birthday and it was the best cake I’ve had in ages! Moist and delicious. She even decorated it. The price cannot be beat. Hubby and I also have had oatmeal cookie with cream filling and ginormous rice krispy treat. Little Debbie can retire because Rachel K’s is the best! Ample parking and friendly staff. We can’t wait to try the pasties and more. Thanks guys for amazing work and service.

First time going today and I must say best baked goods I have had in a very long time! No one has made baked goods like this in a very long time. So, so, so, so delicious. 100% will be back to buy more and try more things! I had the cinnamon roll! Let me tell you something!!! There is no cinnamon roll that will beat this cinnamon roll and I love cinnamon roll's. I am 25 and just found the best cinnamon roll ever. Wow, I was blown away by this place. Traveling up and down the east coast and came across this gem by chance. So happy I did as it was among the best pastry I have ever eaten, anywhere around the world. Had the orange roll and lemon almond pastry and they were both to die for. The iced latte was perfectly made as well. If you are ever in this area, do not miss this place.

I go here 2 or 3 times a week. My favorite place here in Washington. My 6 year old LOVES it too, we enjoy the atmosphere and friendly staff. My favorites are the cranberry, almond white chocolate scones, the raspberry almond bars and I love their tomato soup. Came to edit my review because of an employee problem. I have been coming here for a year and a half with no issues. There is a new blonde girl who is straight rude. I have never done anything but be kind to her and she always has such an attitude. If you don't like your job, get a new one. And it's not just me she's been rude to, I've actually had some friends tell me she was snippy to them too. Her disgusting attitude has made me go less.

It's absolutely delicious and they are some of the nicest people. They help homeless people or those with no money who need food and toiletries and stuff which I think is quite awesome! I'd definitely give them a try! I had the cheese danish and it was absolutely delicious! BRAVO! THIS PLACE DESERVES EVERY BIT OF THE 5 STARS GIVEN

My husband & I stopped into this little cafe for lunch a day or two before hurricane Florence. The staff was very friendly and I noticed that they have a whole program to support people who are down on their luck. A beautiful mission for a cafe to undertake. I had the turkey & spinach salad which looked small, but there is a LOT packed into that little container. It tasted super and the basalmic dressing was FABULOUS! My husband had the chicken salad sandwich with a side of broccoli salad. He said it tasted very "clean" and fresh. Followed up lunch with a latte which was excellent! I mean REALLY excellent!! We're considering moving into the Washington area. If we do, we'll DEFINITELY go back to Rachel K's.

This bakery is the best thing about Washington, NC. With a few more shops like this the town could be quite pleasant. The coffee is good and the espresso drinks are made the traditional way, by hand! They actually bake their goods in the back of the shop and you can really taste the freshness. The staff is friendly and efficient. If you find yourself in Washington, this is the place to visit.
