Best food we have had on our vacation! It is not frozen, pre-fab chain restaurant grub; it’s REAL food! We got seated right away as we were there in the slow season. Nice server and we got our meals quickly, (very helpful when traveling with a young, sometimes impatient child). We will definitely go back!
This was the best Eggs Benedict I have ever eaten! Not to forget to mention, the grilled banana bread French toast was incredible. Thanks for the delicious breakfast. :)

Color me impressed! Friendly staff, great local food and beer - what else do you need? If you said breakfast all day, you got that too. We kept seeing the place and thinking we should stop in - glad we did and we'll definitely be back! The staff were all engaged, the food came out in good order and fairly quickly too. Place seemed clean and funky decor. Have to say the plant wrapping around more than half the place was a nice touch too.
We stopped for breakfast on our way to Maine - and LOVED this place. The veggie omelet w Cabot cheese was amazing, the home fries were crispy, as was the bacon and the homemade biscuits were delicious. Would definitely recommend this place, and will make the road trip back someday to have it again.

Well-crafted corned beef Ruben & excellent VT maple milkshake. A few blocks south of Rt 89. Visit when arriving or departing Stowe.
I love this place. It's my go-to stop for breakfast (right off Exit 10 on I-89 south) on the way home to NYC from Burlington. Great menu, fresh ingredients, great portions, friendly service and super clean. I always get the Irish eggs Benedict and/or the (awesome) biscuits and gravy.
We just love ❤️ this place. We drive up from Rhode Island at least 3 times a year to visit Stowe and Waterbury, and every time we come up to Vermont we stop in for the breakfast.

Delicious breakfast and cheap price, service was very fast, good portion. Is like a diner, long menu with different types of food. In my opinion the pancake was a little tasteless and raw, and you can shared the pancake because is huge. Home fries are the best and coffe is from a local brand it was so good.
The BEST breakfast! We ordered Chloe's breakfast pancakes at the recommendation of another reviewer, and we're so glad we did! They were soo good, especially with Vermont maple syrup! We also ordered the banana bread french toast, amazing!
Amazing food and even better value. The omelettes are great, as is the staff. Nice craft beer selection (Alchemist) as well.

The building is in good shape on the exterior , and on the inside as well. They keep their restaurant nice and neat. Alot of warm colors and landscape paintings found within.

the service here was topnotch, the waitress Nicole did a great job taking our order as well as the accuracy of our order when the food came out. We didn't have to ask for anything , she already was on top of it.
Today we tried their " pulled pork sandwich , side of fries with coleslaw" , " biscuits and gravy" , " stuffed french toast", " Cuban sandwich with potato chips"
The food came out promptly and delicious.
The cook did such a great job with the food, thanks Maxi's for the great experience. We would love to stop by again and try something else on your menu if in the area.

The place was busy when we got there but we where seated pretty fast. Got a prompt cup of awesome coffee! Our breakfast (Tex-Mex Omelette & Hash w/eggs OE) was one of the best we've ever had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Don't pass this place buy when your in Waterbury.
Great spot for breakfast or lunch, fast friendly and they feed you well for a good price, worth a return visit!
