The waterloo location is a rock star store. They are super friendly. And great customer service
I've been ordering a lot less from this store lately. Seems like quality has gone in the toilet the past year or two. They are also really skimpy on the toppings or just clump everything together in spots. Really disappointed, used to love their pizza.
They use a call center now and it’s so bad. They ended up transferring me to the store and they wouldn’t take my order.
We order frequently and now the delivery drivers have been bringing my dogs treats when they drop off our pizza. Thank you for being so kind. My doggies love you and it warms my heart so much.
The stuffed crust was So GOOD!! PJs crust and cheese is just softer/better. Better ingredients, better pizza. It's true! 🍕 And, I'm not a pepperoni fan because it can cause heartburn. But PJs pepperoni is better....it's sliced really thin and almost gets crunchy, and it must be less fatty/spicy
You lost a $97 pizza order and your driver lost a $20 tip because you failed to follow a simple rule:

I always enjoy their pizza, but why can't we just call the store directly anymore?? Really annoying.
At 5pm I set up a delivery pre-order for 7pm. We had a large event and I specifically picked 7pm because I would have the time to receive the order. At 7:10 I call, wait on hold for 10 minutes, and find out that the pizza isn't even done cooking, and it's at least a 10 minute drive from the store
