In the last few years of moving and changing jobs, I have been to many starbucks in CT on a regular basis, and this is the one that gets it right 99% of the time. No shop is perfect but I rarely have a mistake made here and it's refreshing to actually have the drink made that I ordered every time!
My fav Starbucks. The staff is so welcoming when you go in to pick up an order. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in and as I’m walking out. Coffee is great too

Only thing they need is to improve their seating arrangement and add more by optimizing the space. Also people try to avoid the high top seating in the middle like the plague, should be replaced.
I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks employees at the Watertown CT on Main st . All of their employees are super friendly, efficient and always remember my drink combo. I would like to give a special shoutout to *Jacob*,he always greets me with a smile and a funny story, which makes my day amazing. Thank you for always being my ray of sunshine . And making my drinks spot on every time 😋
This is my go to Starbucks everyone in there treats me with such respect. I’ll personally shout out Sadie and Ro. Such kind hearted people. Customer Service top notch.

Love to come here. UPDATED... Today I walked to the store and didn't have a mask...egads. but as I walked in while trying to cover my face the team offered a mask. Kindness and consideration. Thank you, Starbucks! You are classy.
This Starbucks always gets my drinks spot on. The staff is always friendly, and inside and out is very clean compared to other Starbucks locations.
