This restaurant is proof of heaven on earth. I had the best stromboli of my life here today, and the pie for dessert was just as good. The staff alone deserve 10 stars, and when paired with the food you have the best food destination in New England!
went there for the first time. I ordered the meatball sub and was told it would be a few minutes. when the sub came I was informed that I would need a knife and fork. great advice,the meatballs must have weighed almost a pound total on the sandwich. I can say without hesitation that the food is well worth the price. great food,great atmosphere and great service. everyone in the Waterville area should eat there.
Out of town relatives ordered 10 Lobster Tails for pick up today, when in the shop yesterday. No name, contact info, or payment in advance. Arrive at 8am to pick up order to locked doors, staff visible inside. Staff came in just for this order on a day when bakery is normally closed!!!! OMG. finally stopped here to get a gift and of course had to try some for myself. highly recommend the cheesecake bites - oh the strawberry and the peanutbutter. yummy. and I can't decide if I like the almond or Kahlua cannoli the best. good thing I only go to Waterville every 6-8 weeks for a hair appointment. I think I would have to go here a lot!!!
My wife decided to surprise me with a Carmel sea salt cheese cake. She called a few days ahead of the birthday. They absolutely made the best cheese cake I have had and I have had my share of cheese cakes. Can't thank you all enough was the best part of the birthday other than being with the family. You are the best.
I have been stopping by every weekend just about for awhile now and the food is always so good, the staff is always so friendly. I enjoy every visit. I highly recommend coming here. :)

Seriously! The best pumpkin cheesecake brownies ever. Hopefully they have some Saturday. A high school friend and I are going to enjoy their awesome lasagna for lunch in celebration of our birthdays with bakery yummies for a birthday treat. Can't think of a better combination than great friends and great food.

We went there for the first time today and had their Mushroom & Asiago Stromboli and a Ham & Bacon Stromboli. They both were absolutely delicious!! They were the best stromboli we've ever had!! We will definitely be back for more!!
I love this place! I go for lunch at least once a week. The staff is wonderful. Just like my Nana'a home cooking.
Tasty treats and mouth watering Italian grinders. I am literally counting down the days until I can go back and get a FULL SIZE this time because it's just the best sandwich in Waterville. ALSO amazingly friendly staff, totally catered to making cheese roll ups for my toddler son and even gave him a taste of the cannoli cream, will continue to go back again and again.

First off, likely one of the top 3 places for grinders in Maine. None of these "italian" sandwiches with canned ham and american cheese, instead real cold cuts, and quality ingredients. Our grinders both had ham, capicola, and genoa with provolone. Add on your choice of vegetable and out comes a large hearty sandwich on an excellent roll. Good quality ingredients and not skimpy, the way a true grinder/hoagie/submarine should be. The only "miss" was the canned black olives that added that disappointing tin taste. The cannoli's themselves were also excellent. The staff was friendly and joked with us as if we were longtime customers. Definitely our new "go to" in the area.
We were up in Maine for vacation and found this place. Thought we would give it a try and we were not disappointed! The pastries were incredible and the people were as nice as they could be! We will definitely be returning when we go back. Best in Maine!
Cannolis are amazing, as well as everything else. Their tiramisu brownies are delectable.
It will be hard to pass by Waterville now without stopping here! NY style cheesecake made right with mouthwatering creaminess of ricotta cheese. Food menu is rich and well worth every cent. And the cannolis are definitely the core reason for going!
I've been dying for pastries since I left Idaho, I'm so glad to finally find a cafe with real pastry that tastes phenomenal and not just pumped full of sugar. We got a few things ranging from an apple turnover, to canoli, to strawberry Danish and a berry bar. Each item was 10/10
I live in MA but I planned my last trip to Maine with a visit to Holy Cannoli in mind. The service was excellent and their cheesecake.....THE. BEST. I keep thinking I should try a cannoli. Maybe next time. :)

If you're in Waterville you MUST go here. More than just their pastries, their sandwiches are to die for. Haven't had anything this good since I lived in CT and ate at the Italian delis in the south end.
