I am currently waiting for my food to be ready, but was so impressed with the woman working the front counter, her name is Sophia, that I wanted to write my review right away. She really went the extra mile with her upbeat attitude and friendliness. I can hear her laughing and joking with customers as I sit here writing this. Best customer experience I have had in a very long time. I felt that the food was very reasonably priced. I noticed some of the other reviews complain about sizes. I do think the burger was smaller than what we are generally used to getting, but I was filled with my burger and fries.
I love melts and cheese so much. Their buffalo chicken sandwich is the bomb. I don't like blue cheese but they are happy to put in a different cheese. The staff are also friendly. I remember when they first opened and they just had paper up showing what they had. They have updated their menu board and are still as nice as the day they opened.
I cannot believe how incredibly well served I was just a few minutes ago. The woman behind the counter was Sophia and she was a delight who went out of her way to not only welcome me, but make me feel important and create side conversation. The cook was extremely pleasant, as well, but I didn't catch his name. Whoever is managing and hiring for Melts and Cheese is doing an incredible job and will have to work hard to keep Sophia from being recruited.
Super good burger and mac & cheese!! Sherman who took my order was super friendly! Rose and Sheron were also working and were very nice. :) Will definitely be returning.
The wait is a little long but definitely worth it! I loved everything about my order. They didn’t have onion straws for my chipotle burger and that made me a little sad but cook was very nice about it!
I was very excited to see this place added to Mayfair's food court. The service was friendly. There was a little bit of a wait for the food but it was made to order so it was worth it. Fresh and delicious! Can't wait to try more sandwiches!
