Drove by looking for a place to turn around to head back the opposite way to go eat somewhere and notice this place. We parked. Went in. And, had a great meal. The outside is deceiving. The inside is very cool. Definitely eating here again when we go back.

The menu is creative, local and very tasty - I've never had anything that wasn't top-shelf. However, the atmosphere created by Steve and Marla make this place my absolute favorite and it's ALWAYS the place that I choose to take friends and business associates whenever I can. The Cafe and its owners embody everything good about Waycross and the south and I'm proud of it and proud of them for what they've created. Go, relax, check out the decor, and enjoy delicious food. You can't go wrong here.

My husband Jeff and I are new to Waycross. Been here about a month and today found Plant Cafe!! What a wonderful, cool, and absolutely DELICIOUS place to go!!! Our sandwiches were some of the best we've ever had!!! Located right in the quaint little historic district!! The owners Steve and Marla were so unbelievably welcoming and great to talk with! We will definitely return for a cold brew paired a great sandwhich and new friends!! It was so nice to meet you Steve and Marla!! Thank you!

The 1961 graduating ladies of Waycross High held their quarterly luncheon at the Plant Cafe, 504 Plant Avenue, Waycross, GA  31501 on January 12, 2016.  It was thoroughly and wonderfully enjoyed by the eleven ladies that attended!  We were met at the door with fresh coffee, enjoyed a varied menu of superbly cooked food with a side of hometown friendliness.  I would recommend it for ANYONE.

Greatest root beer float I've had in a while! Once you walk inside you feel nostalgia in the air with all the decor. The waitress and owner were the friendliest people I've ever met. Food was fantastic and great atmosphere. Hands down and place to check out in Waycross!

The owner shared history of famous people that had water there. It was fascinating. Took a friend there from PA to enjoy the experience.

Brought our out of town family into this colorfully decorated establishment for a great lunch and learned more about our new hometown. Who would have thought Waycross came close to being Disney World! Check out the detail rendering.

Some friends and I met at the Plant Cafe before going to the Waycross Area Community Theater. The food was wonderful (delicious wraps), the service prompt and a plus was Shannon Denbow singing. Super friendly hosts and such a welcome atmosphere.

I attended a baby shower today at Plant Cafe. I will definitely go back to experience the cafe! Lot's of history about the famous people who have been in the building and surrounding area. Food made by the owner was wonderful. Can't wait to enjoy Plant Cafe again.

Unique, delicious food. Super hospitality. Great historical antiques abound. Great prices. Not your average menu. If you're on a tight lunch time. Call ahead. Only a husband and wife team. Otherwise, well worth the wait. Weather permitting, you can dine outside. And drink adult beverages there! Finally in Waycross!
