OMG my one of my drivers leaving told me about their shrimp basket and it is so worth it I bought stop by after my service today and bought a shrimp basket and had Hush Puppies biscuits that were also buttery delicious mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese the basket had the fantail shrimp in them I couldn't wait I started munching on the shrimp the hush puppies in the biscuits going home and I was almost in tears when they ran out as soon as they did because they were just so delicious and the service there was very friendly and very quick the Waycross Maryland Fried Chicken is the bomb and will definitely be getting more business from Blackshear Taxi Service.

Last time I went I had my cousin Joe Cook aka Short many knew him over there in the cross. But we all from Nicholls. Our family put him to rest. And our onset uncle wanted Maryland and so did I. Aunt Betty favorite place to get chicken. Se went as a family. It's a great memory that I will carry that brings my family in to my mind. Cause there forever in my heart. Keep up the great work and food there yall the best..
Place used to be one of my favorites places to go growing up. My grandma Shirley, my mom and me would go almost every Sunday. Food and customer service was on point then (80's & 90's)... Fried chicken with baked beans, fries, coleslaw & biscuit with honey. So good. Wish we could go back in this time
Kinda out dated and run down but the service is awesome!!! And the food is DELICIOUS
Obviously, under new management. Great service with a smile, and they actually had all the chicken and side options. The change is obvious and welcomed 😀
The chicken is good. The sides are very small. Biscuits are good when they are warm. Need bigger sides please. Wait time is insane. But you don't order till you get to the window. Then you find out what they are out of?? Need a menu and an order box before you wait that long in line.
Always a "go-to must have" box of chicken when I go home. Comfort Food!!
We had a great experience at Maryland Chicken today! All the food was fresh & delicious! The staff was really friendly, overall it was a great first experience for us.
Awesome fried chicken and some of the best fried chicken livers I have ever had. Coleslaw was excellent, as was the creamed corn and the mac and cheese. Customer service was fantastic. Just moved to this city, and Maryland Fried Chicken is definitely going to become a go to spot for us!
Loved the food. They had no dine in because no one wants to work anymore. 😒
Maryland's is one of those places you drive by 100 times and think to yourself "why is it always so busy, it cant actually be that good".. then when you finally go order 3 piece for yourself you find out why. It's simply just good chicken. Beats eating the usual KFC, Popeyes, zaxbys. They actually give you enough fries to call it a side too. 8.5/10
LOVE the fries. One of the only places in town you can actually get crinkle cut fries. But the drive thru definitely needs to speed up. And maybe redo the parking lot?
Service was quick and friendly. The chicken and fries were good as always. A definite positive dining experience.
