This place is excellent! As a self-proclaimed foodie, I value great tasting and thoughtfully made food served in good proportion at decent prices! The Patio Bistro hit the nail on the head. I got the half and half combo with the patio salad and turkey sandwich. The house dressing is killer. Very unique and flavorful. The deli meat was freshly sliced and the mango chutney was such a tasty addition! Everything looked and sounded so good. I wish I was a local so I could eat there more often. The portions are also generous, which is greatly appreciated as most lunch places skimp on portions. Lastly, it was nice they openly communicate that there is an extra fee for credit card use. Keep up the great work!
I was NOT expecting the quality of food that we received. The chicken salad sandwich is OUT OF THIS WORLD! The same can be said about that chicken noodle soup. Absolutely delicious! You've definitely won my wallet. My wife and I are extremely excited to try all the different menu items! Keep up the great work!
Great little restaurant that we stopped for lunch. Everything we had was very tasty. They also have a few types of beer and some mimosas too. There is ample outdoor seating in the back and to the side. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It was clean and had good vegetarian options. What a great place for a quick bite. Stop in, you will not regret it.
Took a large group of very hungry college students by Patio Bistro for lunch during a road trip home over Labor Weekend, and boy did they deliver! So glad we chose this stop over a quick fast food chain right off the highway, it was just what we needed and it really made our day. The food was fresh and so delicious and the owner and staff were very welcoming and accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed in getting on our way. Thank you Patio Bistro family!
I don't understand how this place only has 4.5 stars as of the writing of this review. It truly deserves higher. High quality ingredients, good portions and prices, awesome outdoor area, and so many house made goods. It's a 5 out of 5 for me, and I recommend it over most other lunch spots in the area!
Love this little sandwich shop!! Made fresh to order. If you're a sweet tea drinker... Theirs is good! Inside and outside eating. Macaroni salad is good! The wraps are HUGE! Roast beef melt and turkey bacon melt are yummy!! The Greek wrap is super good! I haven't had anything there that I haven't liked!! Inside seating it a little tight but fine. Outside eating is private and quiet from the main Street. Order at the counter them they bring it to you.
Such a cute lunch spot! Would be great for dinner too. We got lunch takeout and when I pulled up I wished we were dining in because the patio was adorable. The staff kindly brought my takeout to the car because of my sleeping baby, which was so nice. And the food was DELICIOUS. I cannot wait to come back here and dine in on the patio. So charming and yummy!

This is a great place for lunch when you don't wanna feel bloated from eating junk food. The food is always cooked to order and Tracy is extremely friendly and is the staff. We eat here at least 3 times a month. Very healthy place to eat
Everything on the menu is made from scratch. I’m obsessed with the homemade pita chips that come on the side with soups and salads. I love the Patio salad, the quiche and ALL the soups. You can get fresh mimosas, beer and wine. The outside patio is beautiful. There are plants and flowers everywhere you look. It’s dog friendly and they will even provide you with a dog bowl of water. It’s a not to be missed lunch spot.
So, so good! I had the patio salad with the crustless veggie quiche. The salad was incredibly fresh and the salad dressing was amazing. My husband had a ceasar salad and roasted turkey sandwich with a cranberry spread! He loved it.
We had our two pups with us so we enjoyed sitting out on the lovely, shaded patio. We will definitely visit again next time we’re in Waynesville.
Cute sandwhich shop with outdoor seating. The fajita burrito was great, perfect for lunch (I mention it because it's a struggle to find good Mexican food anything around here).

This is a nice little sandwich shop located just off the main street. They have a good selection of sandwiches, salads and desserts. The lady taking our order was very helpful when we had questions. She even gave us a sample of the soup too see if we liked it. The food was good and tasted fresh. The portion size was good and filled us up. They even have a nice covered patio area where you can go sit and eat. We even liked that they were playing Christian music inside the store.
Such a hit! The prices were super fair and everything we got was fast, healthy, and prepared carefully for my dietary restrictions. The patio is gorgeous, you must try it out!!

Best lunch in Waynesville or Maggie Valley. Soup or salad and huge sandwiches. Fresh soups every day. Turkey melt was great. Kale salad superb.
Great product for the money and good patio, that’s why I’m giving them 5 stars. Wasn’t a fan of the chicken used in the wrap, but I ate it.
Great place in Waynesville. Dog friendly on the patio. They even have bowls and ice water for your pup. Food was great
So grateful for this place and it's famous Buddha bowl!! Plenty of gluten-free options, vegetarian, and the Buddha bowl is, of course, vegan without the sauce! They made me fresh coffee and the had lots of other drink options, as well as a huge dessert case! Yum!
