I love this Dominos! They are always very polite. My experience with them is always top tier, and I get pizza from them pretty often! One day I decided to become a rewards member and I’m so glad I did because my experience has only gotten better! They usually never mess up and when they do they genuinely care and try to fix it whether that’s giving me a whole FREE pizza or a quality discount for my next order. I also love how they offer discounts and coupons regularly throughout the year, and if you are a rewards member you get even more coupons/discounts! I love that when you get 60 points (you get points when ordering a certain amount of items) you can redeem a FREE PIZZA, AND it doesn’t take forever to earn the points like most places. I’ve gotten probably about 10 free pizzas just THIS year (can you tell it’s one of my favorite foods LOL) from redeeming my points. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication so much that I literally only order from this pizza place. Thank you to the amazing team there for making this customer happy. ❤️🍕
Has been on point every time I get a pie. Sometimes their sufficiently friendly. The delivery drivers are sometimes wreckless. Especially the one that got terminated. There times are good and your pizza will be ready. Good parking.
Been getting deliveries for years and when they make a mistake they correct it you get a choice of a free pizza or a discount on your next order. Join the rewards program it's worth it for more pizzas. They add some new items to the menu from time to time the cheese dip is great the tater tots you have to eat fast when they get cold they're not like cold pizza that you can eat.
Ordered for the first time since moving here in 2011, on line for carry out as I live too far away for delivery. Took a little over 5 extra minutes from the estimated longest time to be ready. Decent pizza for a chain, a notch above the small Roman emperor place, but not as good as most of the remaining local but higher priced places. Glad they were staffed to be able to provide food after 8 PM. Sad that so many local places aren't. Thanks to the staff for working there.

I am writing in reference to the awesome experience I had today from beginning to end your employee by the name of John was amazing! He went beyond to make sure my son's dinner ( pizza) got delivered! I am out of town so was helping my son with a meal.
John is a very good Access to your business and hope you take time to tell him how valuable he is.. I pray GOD to bless him 🙏. always..
With employees like John you are sure to ALWAYS be in business!
BTW...also complimenting your driver for his patience and great attitude trying to find my son to deliver his pizza! Great team!
Staff at this location are always very nice and accommodating. I placed an order recently and was called and told that delivery times were going to be longer than usual. I greatly appreciated the fact that the employee that helped me was willing to call and let me know that the order was going to take a hour and a half or so. They refunded my order without any issue and I was able to find something else to eat that night, but I really wanted to leave a good review for both the driver and the employee working the brick and mortar- you guys are doing great and I appreciate the thoughtfulness of calling ahead so we weren't left hanging! I hope you guys get the staff you need to make your jobs easier and I hope that people like the 'Karen' that left the most recent 1 star review learn to treat you guys better. <3
Been coming here for 3 years now. Whether I'm picking up for the office or home thus far they have been spot on! I order online and set a time and have rarely ever had to wait! James has been there the last two times and he is a breath of fresh air! Thank you for your friendly and prompt service! It's hard to find friendly service these days and your smile is contagious! I hope you are appreciated and the manager should give you a raise!
I ordered online and told them the time I wanted it delivered. Was here on time. Everything was hot and good. The driver John was an excellent delivery guy. Kudos dominoes. You are way above Pizza Hut on taste, delivery and manners. Have a great day.♥️
They always killing it at this domino's plus they open late. I haven't had one complaint at all everything has been hot fresh and the way I ordered it and it seems there's always more for lunch the next day and I haven't gotten pizza the last few times. The subs, pastas and the spinach feta stuffed bread is all great. Remember those drivers work hard as well be sure to let them know its appreciated.
Went to Domino's Pizza in Waynesville today for lunch around 1pm 8/13/2020, and my experience was GREAT! Pizza was completed and ready for pick up right on time, hot and WOW at the toppings! Got more than my money worth and the service was friendly and top notch. Great job Domino's Pizza crew, that's why we are consistent customers, but today was above and beyond.
This Domino's is great because the employees are super friendly and helpful not to mention the pizza is always good. There is all kinds of choices in the food which is nice!
