The food was amazing! I am a big burger guy and when I saw this was an acclaimed restaurant I had to try it. Just when you think a burger can’t get any better you get some thing like this. I can’t say enough about the food. It was amazing and the truffle fries were excellent as well. Would highly recommend getting some thing off their menu. There are many unique options.
Nice lil Burger 🍔 joint. You first order what you want up in front. Once your order is up it's brought out to you, along with your cocktails. The fountain drinks you fill yourself. So, essentially you don't have a server. So, just in case you want another drink, you have to stand in line again. That's pretty much the only negative thing about it. Fantastic Burgers, I felt like ordering 3 of them. Great tasting food. Pretty good Brussel spouts too. Don't know when, but I definitely plan on being back.
One of the BEST burgers I've ever had. So Good I had 2 get 1 to go. Lol. I had the Double Bacon Jam burger with Sweet potatoe fries. The Chipotle sauce that came with was Awesome!!! Great Atmosphere & service! My frozen margarita was 👌🏿 too.
The bacon jam burger was delicious. Was scared to try it but it did not disappoint. Would definitely come back for it.. the nacho shareable fries were really good too
The fries were the best ! I got the bbq ranch and partner got the Parmesan truffle fries. The burger was ok. Burger isn’t the best I ever had, not that juicy. I loved the shrooms in it and the cheese. I tried the magic shroom burger and partner got the classic bacon burger. I really do like the fact that you can get the burger patty in a salad bowl or wrapped in lettuce.
Don't get the truffle brussel sprouts. It's only fried leaves. Not the whole sprout and the truffle is a sauce on the side. The burgers were good but needed more seasoning. Fries were great. Drinks were okay, but if you're going to charge $15 for a mini bottle of wine, don't just give me a glass. I went back up to the bar for my other half glass.
Everything is 50% off during happy hour at Hopdoddy! Something that makes this location more special than the others is consistency. The food, customer service, and staff are always on point at this location. Highly recommend trying their new item sliders, it is served with sweet Hawaiian rolls. I know it sounds basic, but it’s good. Never had an issue with parking or finding a table to sit at.
Come here at least once a month for dinner. Consistently great burgers & fries. Love the root beer & cream soda. Fries come out quickly and always fresh. Everything in the burgers is done well: baked brioche buns, perfectly cooked, fresh lettuce. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Multiple options for those w dietary restrictions, which is why it’s a staple in my household. Bit pricey, but 100% you’re paying for the fresh and quality.
Pretty good burger for a chain restaurant. If you're in the Clear Lake area of Houston I would recommend Tookies burgers. The Squealer is a bacon infused burger and get a side of their onion rings.

Restaurant is a decent size. Appears to be clean. Cashier seemed to be nice. The server wasn't very talkative or approachable or responded when stating thank you etc. Food was quick. Burger was juicy. Prices are a bit high in my opinion.
The women's bathroom is the only thing that I want to touch on it looks like no one has cleaned there for a long while. It was not good makes me a bit iffy with how the other areas are that we as customers can't see.
Yasss. I just found out there’s a Hopdoddy coming to Jacksonville, FL where I currently reside, and after eating here in TX, I’m so excited! The burgers, fries, and drinks were so good! And the shakes are a custard base so they’re really creamy. If you want a good burger, you’ll be happy to try hopdoddy.

This review is actually from Black Friday, the Super Bowl of Shopping - it seems that holiday shopping and hunger go hand in hand. I had the choice of a popular breakfast/brunch place next door that was packed wall-to-wall.
It was a good choice to do so. I ended up having a burger bowl, where I was given the option to have a base of brussels with the burger patty I chose. I ended up having the El Diablo as my "burger" and I added bacon for the crunch.
When the food arrived, it was filled with a bowl of "flaked" brussels. Imagine the brussels being peeled into a pile of "leaves". They were probably flashed fried because they were a bit oily when I ate them. I didn't know at the time that you can dress them with other specialty toppings, like grated parm, blue cheese, etc. Even though I asked them to be plain, at the very least, they could have been salted. No worries, I asked for salt and pepper. My friend who is a burger aficionado and likes his food boiling hot, made no complaints about his burger and fries, so that is a great endorsement of this place also.
My friend ordered fries which I tasted some of his shoestring potatoes and they were light and crispy - the ketchup was a perfect compliment. My burger was sufficiently salted and benefited from the cheese. My bill was somewhere in the neighborhood of $12-14. Would I go back to HopDoddy? sure. Make a special trip there? Maybe not. But if I'm in the neighborhood again, sure, why not?
Arrived around 130 in the afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. The staff was extremely responsive to our needs. I've been to other locations but not this particular location.
The parmesan truffle fries were on point. Unless you are brave or very hungry make sure you get these to share. These fries were delicious and made to order. Hot and fresh.
For my shake I had an Oreo shake. Delicious 😋.
For my burger I went for the double bacon jam burger. It was super tasty. Burger wasn't dry and flavors were poppin.

Food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and just had a great vibe. Definitely will be back to try other burgers!!!!
I come to the area on a regular basis. This place has the best burgers. Gluten free options. Make me feel good after eating. Have to keep dropping in every time.
Love the burgers and fries! However, their brussel sprouts, which would be a great alternative to fries, are way too oily. You cants eat even eat them.
One of my favorite burger places in the world. So much, we usted to go to Austin and Dallas when there was not one in Houston.
I've never been disappointed with any food or drink except the chicken tenders. I'm not a fan, but my husband loves them, so I won't subtract it from their food star score. Incredible burgers and ALWAYS love the Big Larry.
