We drove all the way from Canada for this fried chicken.
What a delicious evening at BC's Chicken Coop. The food is unbelievably incredible. We started with massive tots and soup, continued with mac & cheese, garlic chips, and mash & gravy...and a whole lot of chicken! So much food means leftovers are coming back to Toronto with us!!! Owner Chris is absolutely wonderful, she is a genuinely kind soul. Do not miss out on this gem of a place.
Wow! The food is made fresh to order. The chicken was crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside. Mash potatoes and gravy like I made them myself from scratch. The owner is local member of the community. Great personality. Great service. This isn’t fast food, but knowing the chicken is being cooked fresh as soon as you order, and then tasting it are , oh so worth a few minutes of waiting. I look forward to returning to try other menu items.
The fried chicken is delicious. The lady in charge is super nice and friendly. I'm definitely coming back to this place.
Updated review: we kept coming back. We drive 40 minutes to get the most delicious fried chicken of this area. Now they sale alcohol.
We googled a spot to try out for the first time. We wanted chicken so first suggestion on google was this place out in Webster. Chris is Very friendly. The fried chicken wings and stuffed tater tots was my choice for the night and let’s just say I was NOT disappointed. We will be going back!
Really good fried chicken, crispy skin, tender meat. Seasoned very well. Side dishes are ok not great. A little expensive but worth a try if you are craving fried chicken.

BC's Chicken Coop is the place to get your chicken!! I had a friend come visit me from Florida we grew up in Webster and on a whim we wanted to try this place out!! Funny name didn't know what to expect but we were completely interested in seeing what they had in store.... We are so glad we did!! Fried chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and your meal comes with cornbread! OH MY absolutely amazing food talk about homemade... Literally!! I drove from the other side of the lake just to try this place out let me tell you I will be back!! If you live anywhere out that direction and you haven't tried this place yet I simply don't know what you're doing!?! If you don't live out that direction the drive is worth it make sure you're hungry!!
I dropped by for dinner for the first time in a long time this past Sunday. The food was better than I even remembered. Easily the best fried chicken in the area. If you order when you come in you may have to wait but I swear it's worth it. Can't wait to visit again!
Check it out based on reviews online to see if this really the best fried chicken around. And it is! Chicken is extremely juicy. The skin is soft, yet crunchy and crammed with flavor. I had gotten a side of Mac and cheese. While not the best Mac, it still was a solid side dish to accompany my chicken. Cornbread was great, really light and fluffy. Overall a great experience made greater by the wonderful staff. Highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic fried chicken and sides. Went with my husband and two other couples. Very casual. The owner is the server and is very friendly. Everything made to order so it's hot, fresh and delicious. Beer and wine now available.
Excellent quality fried chicken. Tasty, not greasy. With delicious sides such as stuffed tots and green beans. Cozy, friendly atmosphere and welcoming owner Chris. We highly recommend it.
Darn good chicken wings! The fried chicken had great flavor. Don't get me started on the garlic parm chips! The owner is real nice. Great little place that I will willingly drive 30 minutes for that fried chicken craving.
I got the battered wings with the Coop dipping sauce-delish! The wings were huge and fresh. We definitely go back again. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Loved this place! Of the things I tried, the chicken fingers, mashed potatoes (with gravy, of course), and cornbread were my favorites; they were delicious! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and juicy on the inside, the cornbread was so moist but still beautifully textured, sweet but not very, and the mashed potatoes were full of flavor as well, creamy but not overdone. Everything I ate felt like it was made with care.
The owner is wonderful, she was so kind and even gave us an extra corn muffin when we said we would be splitting a large plate, even though we ordered a box of corn muffins along with it! A lovely gesture that went a long way with me.
It's a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere; I went very casual in a big sweatshirt and leggings and I felt very much welcome and at home. We had a lovely time.
The prices might seem a little high, but it's supporting a local business with a highly respectable owner, and you get excellent food so clearly made with love in return. Who can argue with that?
We went for dinner and it was amazing!! The chicken and the mashed potatoes were our favorites and we enjoyed the ribs, mac and cheese, and cornbread as well. The portions were huge and the service was great, we'll definitely be back.
Such a great place for a lazy Sunday lunch! Chicken décor is on point. Portions are generous, the food is (obviously) super duper tasty. Chicken is well seasoned, cooked well and low on grease. Best fried chicken I've had that didn't involve an afternoon of brining, battering, frying, and scrubbing pots... Stop by sometime and support a local business!

This is the best fried chicken place on the east side of Rochester. Period. Everything is fresh cooked. The owner is super friendly and always thoughtful when you place an order.
The bonus is the the Gluten Free options are plentiful and amazing. You would not believe it was GF.
