Very clean and new restaurant to the Weirton area. There is plenty of available parking and the restaurant has a nice outdoor dining area. My first visit will not be my last. I ordered the grilled pork banh mi, to go. I've had my fair share of banh mis and this was spot on. Grilled pork had a great flavor and the veggies had crisp and fresh taste. All that is great, but if the bread is off, the sandwich is ruined. Not the case at Pho Express, the baguette was great. Crispy crust, fluffy interior. I would suggest the addition of jalapeños or other chilies on banh mi, but that is my personal preference. Will be back to try other items. Wish Pho Express great success. Love having healthier, non-chain restaurants in the area.
Great food for reasonable price. The meal I ordered was grilled beef with noodles and vegetables, so it was reasonably healthy. will definitely return.
Stumbled upon this place while stopping for gas. Probably the best vietnamese food I've had in a long time. It's probably a good thing it's a few hours away from me.
My husband had the combo platter B1 and I choose B3. It was a bowl half with cucumbers thinly sliced over lettuce and beef on top of noodles on the other half. They gave you a dipping sauce with it. The portions were nice size. Our bill was under $30 with tip. My only complaint is one employee was not wearing a mask. If everybody had had a mask on who associated with our table they would’ve got five stars. Excellent service friendly and relaxed. The music was loud enough for us to hear and still have a nice conversation.

First time going here and the service was excellent, so was the food. My wife and I went there on 7/22/2020 and we can't believe we have been missing out on this place. My wife had the seafood soup (p7) and I had the beef and noodle (b3). The dishes didn't take long to come out and it was so good. The beef was well done and mixed very well with the lettuce and cucumber slices with the noodles. The Vietnamese Egg roll was different but good. The server we had was also nice and laid back. He didn't rush us and even told us to take our time as he sat there to answer any questions we may have. He even made legitimate small talk. We would most likely go back in the very near future. Try it out sometime.
If you haven't come here yet, then get to it! This place is amazing. Best fried calamari I have ever had and hands down greatest pho I have eaten in years!
Get the summer rolls with the thai peanut sauce. Just order everything. Its all good.
Pho, good Pho. If you don't know Pho is a word for a vietnamese soup with diverse ingredients. This place is very good. Summer rolls we had were amazingly crisp and flavorful. Also had Pho combination tasty with a ton of great noodles. Ordered a pot of tea to wash it all down with my mango boba smoothie. Been going here for a while and will continue to do so for quite a while.
Made a To-Go order and we got the fried rice, and two Pho bowls. They were phenomenal! The veggies were fresh and the broth was delicious and done in a traditional fashion. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Pho restaurant to eat at.
