Was happy to find a place open in Wellfleet in the offseason in November! Food was so good and had a homey vibe. I appreciated that they had a nonalcoholic beer on the menu for us non drinkers. Would go back!

The ambience is very cozy, the staff is super accommodating. Truly enjoyed my visit and the risotto was wonderful. Overall, a very pleasant experience, highly recommend. Make sure to visit it before dark, otherwise you will be eaten by mosquitoes :)

Waitress sat us outside took care of us and knew the menu very well. We ordered basil pesto oysters, local mussels, gazpacho and scallops. Superb. Will return for sure.

Arrived to find the patio full so we started with a drink at the upstairs bar. Nice bourbon and wine selection, great staff and atmosphere. Had a table on the patio in less than 15 minutes (no waiting for inside). The bevy of staff worked well together with quick, friendly service. Lobster croquettes were excellent and oysters were super fresh. The schnitzel had a nice updated twist. Rain rolled in and staff did a super job moving everyone around. Will definitely be back.

Glorious mansion, wonderful ambiance. Very good food with few comments though. Oysters on half shell were not separated from the muscle that should be the case IMHO. Cucumber mignonette - very good, but the cucumber was not chopped uniformly. Mixed sea pasta - aromatic and flavorful - most shrimp were grilled only on one side, making it somewhat weird to consume. Sweet corn risotto - could use more salt. Still worth to visit for a memorable dining experience.

Great food and a beautiful location. Really relaxing outdoor patio to sit at. Right next to a large parking lot as well.

I was there in the Summer and the food was excellent. We had oysters. All the food we had was really good. When the weather allows you can sit outside. Inside it has two floors. We were sitting on the top floor. If you happen to be in Wellfleet then I can only highly recommend this tavern.

Had an excellent lunch experience here with family while vacationing in the area. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who was a very nice person and made us all feel very welcomed. The food was excellent and the prices were fair along with having great service. Overall this is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner and I’d highly recommend this spot.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our dining experience here from start to finish last night. We were warmly greeted by a lovely hostess We chose to sit inside as it was a warm evening and enjoyed it's fresh and clean decor. Our window table overlooked the outdoor seating with its enchanting tree laden garden and beautiful plantings. Our server was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We both enjoyed our tuna dinners that were perfectly light for a hot summer night but deliciously complex in flavor. Our lemon blueberry dessert was a perfect ending. It was impressive to see so many young workers working with what appeared to be such efficiency under the watchful eye of an experienced, hands on & ovbiously invested manager. Can't wait to go back!

Delicious! Outdoor seating. Our table tried the fried oysters, and mussels in curry sauce, etc. Fabulous. I ordered the corn risotto and it was so fresh and good.

What an amazing dining experience! First, we ate outside on a perfect evening in early August. Second, every item we ordered was stellar (tip of the hat to Chef Phillip) - the Sweet Corn and Scallop Risitto was perfect. Third, the staff are just incredibly friendly and informative, and truly enjoy what they are doing: bringing you a great and relaxed dining experience. If you can't get there in the waning days of summer (they are closed in the "off season") please make sure and get there next season. Just ask Tracey (front of house manager) for a seat outside!!! You really can't go wrong with a meal (or three!) at Winslow's Tavern, family owned and operated for multiple generations. Oh, and have the Chocolate Strega for dessert. Secret family recipe, and it'll take your taste buds for a great trip!

Enjoyed Happy Hour with cocktails, chowder, olives and focaccia bread. Chowder was light on the clams and too thin. Service was fantastic and cannot beat the view of Main Street from the lawn. Highly recommend

This was my second visit to Winslow’s Tavern and it was just as wonderful as the first. The service is friendly and the staff accommodated several requests from my party without issue. Any questions about the menu were answered with ease and there were no objections to special requests. The Shishito peppers with anchovies and lemon were to die for—I’d drive back to Cape Cod just to have them again. They have a great wine selection, ample outdoor seating, and a well-rounded menu. This is definitely a “must-eat” when visiting the Cape.

Firstly, I must apologize for eating everything on my plate, including what may have been a garnish. My wife on the other hand, must apologize for leaving a few pink peppercorns. Truly, the food was delicious, the wine list extensive, and the cozy bar atmosphere was great. Wish we had more time on vacation to come back.
