Bourbon Street Steak is the bomb. I love this dish. Highly recommended. Staff was nice, attentive, and knowledgeable.

We dined in on June 19th, 2023 and has Toan as our server. Toan was a great server and very attentive, he even brought us samples of different drinks for us to try without us asking! The main and only issue we really had was with the company itself as we noticed when the check was brought to us that the suggested tips were way off. As shown in the pics our bill was $78 after tax and $73 before tax and yet the 20% suggested tip was only $4.65 which is $10 less than what it should have been! Toan is great and we will come back just to visit him and tip him in cash. The management seemed concerned and even mentioned that 3% of the servers tips went to hosts/bar even though there was no host in sight when we arrived, our server also sat us. Im sure applebees itself knows and is doing it on purpose. If you visit this location or any location of this company i highly suggest tipping in cash
Love Applebee's and even though they were extremely short staffed(2 servers for entire restaurant) Shaunda was excellent. She was running her butt off because no bartender either and she was doing that too. She was an all star for this visit. Food came out quick and it was good. Love the riblets. My son got the boneless wings and she was on top of putting in orders(all you can eat). I think he tried all the flavors. Only bad part was the hostess was talking about a customer that was disabled and she said she wore gloves when she deals with him(regular) because she doesn't want to catch something. It's not how autism works.
A friend and I stepped on for a quick bite. My Ceasar salad was ok, the greens looked bruised. The service was very good. She has been with Applebee's for at least 20 years!! I would come in again.
Been here several times with our friends and their kids.
The staff is wonderful with the kids.

When we come to Cincinnati for a visit...we always make it a point to have dinner here.
We came in, had a 20 min wait. But was seated really quick. Out waiter Joel was great, funny, fast even with being short staffed. We had the white Queso and chips, quesadilla burger and the street bourbon chicken and shrimp. The burger was great, the chicken was cooked perfect. I didn't know they had white Queso. Joel I look forward to having you as our server next time!
False advertising their Dollaritas were $2 and only one flavor. But the other drinks were strong and the food was good.
This Applebee's is near my condo in West Chester, and I am always blessed by the excellent service and food here. It is one of my favorite restaurants.
Myself and a few agents do in on Mondays for their "burger" Monday. It's much better than a drive thru for the same price ! We have gotten to know "our" waitress and she takes care of us!
Went for my birthday with family and the manager took my drinks off for my birthday 🎉
Had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp , along with two of the Specialty drinks. The waitress was amazing.. Had a wonderful time.. thanks for an amazing experience Applebee's!

Great place, food was excellent and service was great! Our waitress provide great service in a timely manner while we ate at the bar!!!
The restaurant was busy but our waiter Gary was still able to make us feel like we're the only guests in the place.. He was checking on us everytime he passed by. Thank you Gary.
