What a pleasant experience! We just went in for a quick carry out order and were greeted with smiles. The staff were friendly and professional to start. The place was very clean. The staff was efficient and quick with our order. So nice to see people doing their jobs well and happy about it! And of course the food is delicious.

I eat here at least once a week. I always get the Philly cheese steak and it by far beats any other Philly I have had from ANYWHERE, EVER, especially with their signature "hot" sauce. Must try it!
I absolutely love this place. The food is absolutely fantastic. We eat here every week and sometimes 2 times a week. The only bad thing is that the website has been down for almost a month now, and I can't use my points.
Had the Italian with everything on it on GF bread and it was phenomenally good. Perfectly toasted. Super flavorful in every bite. The staff were excellent and great in every way. I was so blown away by the quality and service that I ordered some more to take home. And, the prices were much less than competitor's. Definitely blows Subway off the map. I will definitely be coming back. AND they have Coke products.

My favorite place for subs! I was so sad when the location by my work was closed down, but at least the West Chester location is still around!

Good location, food is made fresh and the variety is nice. Some items seem pricy for what you get, but that is normal everywhere. I highly recommend this spot for a fresh hot sub!

Delicious, The best I've had. I bought a Cheese Steak and a Pastrami, they were delicious. I will continue to buy there and try the others. Also, good prices and very friendly.
I’ve never been a sub person until I tried Firehouse Subs. I was recommended by a co worker and ever since, I can’t get enough! The staff is always on top of it and they are fast. I use the mobile app every time to order and it has been great. Keep up the great service and food Firehouse! (Whatever you do, do not get rid of the Cajun Chicken sub, it’s amazing!) Thanks!
Great fast food with delicious sandwiches, I eat Turkey bacon ranch all the time it’s great. The bread is so soft and fresh.
