Amazing food, beautiful room with appropriate Lincoln decor (make sure you go into the “necessity room” it’s adorable!) and excellent service. Amy was the best, we will be coming back just to see her! Her waitress didn’t show up and she expertly navigated serving, preparing the food, telling the history of the building and pouring an excellent cup of tea! I should mention that I brought my toddler with us (my sitter canceled last minute) and Amy treated her wonderfully! I made a online reservation at the Simpson Room but I’m glad they refused it (for some unknown reason)... and I’m so glad they did!! There’s no way they could have beat the excellent food and service at the Lincoln Tea Room! Two thumbs up!!

I come here all the time with my mother and aunt and it is truly the best. The tea is incredible, the sandwiches are to die for, the owner and waitress are the sweetest people alive, and the building is so adorable. They always have new and creative foods and drinks to try and they are always willing to have chats with you. The tea sandwiches are absolutely amazing, the quiches are so so good, the desserts are delicious and constantly changing, and every salad and starter is amazing. I always want more than I can eat. Could not recommend this place more. Truly a jem of west chester.

Loved the food and the tea. Awesome atmosphere! Great service, very welcoming. Has such a unique history. We even got a wave a beep from our server hours later while walking the streets of West Chester. Highly recommended.

My sisters and I visited this charming shop several years ago, and although I don't remember what we ate, I do remember that we had a lovely time. The food was good, and the service was excellent. I'm a history buff, so I was particularly interested to learn of the connection to our 16th president, which was detailed with photographs and notes about the president. A fitting tribute is the marker from the PA Historical Commission. Very enjoyable experience, and I strongly recommend this shop to anyone interested in learning lesser known facts about President Lincoln while enjoying their meal away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Fantastic range of teas and amazing eats. Every sandwich was tasty and they offer a vegetarian variety. Best to call ahead and check that they accept cards as it is mostly cash only but well worth a trip.

Very pleasant visit and the menu was superb. I eat gluten free and found the GF menu adequate in comparison to other venues in the area. I wish there had been some bread available for me to partake of the tea sandwiches but, was told that I could bring my own bread next visit. I will do that. On the plus-positive side, the service was excellent and atmosphere enjoyable.

I stumbled across the Lincoln room walking around west chester , it is a trip back in time I hear its the oldest building in west chester and the owner I think she's the owner was so nice I felt like I belonged there . I ordered a small pot of breakfast tea for $3.00 it was very amazing I also got to try a iced tea special of the day and a cucumber sandwich and I think tuna salad or chicken salad it taste so good I didn't care , I can't wait to go back if you have class its perfect . I believe they may do some type of catering, I would try it out if u like drinking tea listening to Nora Jones ..I give it 10 Star's

Tea selection was lovely. Service was wonderful and personable. Food was excellent. Recommend reserving in advance and no on-site parking so be sure to bring quarters. Cash only as well. Overall a pleasant and memorable experience with ambiance to boot!
