This is the worst place! Don’t order by door dash, make sure your there to see what your getting!!!! I ordered a chicken bowl and instead got tofu. Just tofu... nothing else. Never again

Have been going to this place for a couple of years now due to my sister working there. However every time has been a great experience ! Amazing food! I can’t even begin to describe how chipotle and their staff have always created the most exceptional experience! If you haven’t been here try it now!

Says host was Jacqueline not sure if that was right but the girl that checked us out was so rude. Made me want to leave. Was very annoyed that I wanted to scan my chipotle rewards. Then didn't even do it. I'll never come back and I wouldn't recommend this store to ANYONE!

I have ordered 3 times from the Valley West Mall restaurant for delivery. All 3 times my order was made incorrectly. I have ordered brown rice instead of white due to food allergies.
