Very friendly staff. The lady on the phone took my order since the store closer to me closed at 10 o'clock. It took about an hour to get to me and everyone from the delivery driver to the staff on the phone was super nice and friendly and I even had a great small talk conversation with the driver. You guys are great, keep it up!
The food is awesome. First time ordering from them. Delivery to the hotel was very fast.
Ordered pizza, pasta and breadsticks. Received chicken and not breadsticks and the pasta was missing the bacon. Called and they were so nice and helpful and got the correct stuff delivered quickly! Would definitely order from them again. The bacon mac n cheese is AMAZING!
Northern Lights gave us an excellent deal for the Walnut Creek YMCA swim team end of season party. Food was great and delivered on time! Staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this option especially if you need to feed lots of people!
