This place is the best, I work in this plaza where they are and have to say if I’m not here everyday, I’m here every other day. Good comfort food just like your mothers down home cooking �
I had never been there before I was looking for something quick and fast to eat I was very hungry and my medication was making me very nauseous so I needed food it was right next door to a place I was waiting to open... My daughter and I went in she loved her food unfortunately she wasn't feeling well herself so she couldn't finish it I had a regular breakfast sandwich which some would say you can't screw that up but I have been to plenty of places that have royally screwed it up and this place was off the wall amazing the server was real nice with both myself and my daughter being sick we look like crap and we weren't treated any differently than somebody coming in a business suit which I really liked :-) I will definitely be going back with my entire family very soon!!!
I am well satiafied everytime. The waffles are amazing. Waiters are very professional & kind. This is my go to breakfast spot. Ive never been there for lunch or dinner.

Cannot speak highly enough of my first experience with BPK. Not only was my breakfast one of the best I've ever had (huevos rancheros), the bloody mary was stellar as well. Staff was friendly and helpful, as well as the owner came over and spoke to us about our first time here, with coupons in hand, and truly made us feel so welcome to be in his restaurant. Rare is it to find people so appreciative of their patrons. Will absolutely be back!

Got there early before the crowd. Decided to go with their Chicken and Waffle.
Their syrup was delicious, very sweet and fluid had a hint of cinnamon.
Our Server was great, very calm and patient.
They are definitely priced above average, but worth it.
We went here as a spur of the moment idea and I am so glad we did!!! It was absolutely amazing! The brisket was incredible, mac and cheese was so good, the drinks were great, and the staff were all so amazing and having fun with it. We will definitely be back to try more menu items
Blue Plate Kitchen has been a West Hartford staple for the past number of years, and recently changed ownership, but they have maintained their chef and menu (at least for weekend breakfast.) We enjoyed brunch on a beautiful Saturday outdoors on their large patio. The food was fantastic including our egg sandwich and omelette! Special props to the home fries that were wonderfully seasoned and featured delicious caramelized onions. Our only negative was the service and time it took to get our food, which left a lot to be desired with us waiting for our food over a half hour, napkins, sugar for our coffee, and ketchup for quite a while. Our waiter didn’t check in on us until we were nearly done with our food. If the new owners can improve wait times for food and the service overall this will be a standout. Recommend.
Fast prompt service and the host Adonis made me feel so at home Savannah was also very polite and took very good care of my guest and I I'll definitely be retuning for the great food and warm staff
